We are a bunch of fast riders that aren’t sponsored, but should be. We haul ass by day and have wild ragers by night.
Squamish Day 2 Part 2 - NSFW!!
Part 2 - In which The Godfather loses his cool.
Riding Squamish black trails to get to In-N-OUt Burger was a bad idea, and we paid a price in our sanity and morale. Quite frankly, you better have a lot of experience before you attempt this. This problem is, once you get there, there is no easy way out (we should have gone back the way we came). The "exit" trail was quite possibly worse than the slab.
Pamplemousse was the right balance of pushing the limits and still having fun.
Entrails was simply ridiculous and mostly unrideable for us. I stopped having fun at this point and wanted to be done.
In-N-Out was so far over my head (especially after suffering through Entrails) that I could not even wrap my head around riding it. No videos on CZcams can prepare you for how intimidating this is from the top.

The Angry Enchiladas join up with the Canadian Chapter in Squamish, BC. Day 1 brought dreary weather, that couldn't dampen the fun on must ride trails such as Half Nelson and Pseudo-Tsuga. This video is mostly full run clips to let you experience the day from our perspective.

Blue Marsh Flow Trails
zhlédnutí 399Před 6 měsíci
The Blue Marsh trail system in Berks County was updated several years ago with a system of flow trials at the southern end of the lake that complement the long XC route that has been there for years. These trails offer a lot of fun, but are still quite pedally! No long descents, but on the flip side the climbs are also fairly short. www.trailforks.com/region/blue-marsh-lake/

I live just near Quest Uni here in Squamish. I hope your friend will take you down LOA and Rupert on the Alice Lake side and Angry M on Dimond Head side as they are classics here in Squamish.
Thanks for the comment. We did not ride Rupert or LOA, which is unfortunate because it seems like it would have been MUCH more enjoyable than Entrails! We certainly hope to get out there again and experience more of the trails. It is absolutely a different kind of riding than us East Coast guys are used to, but we enjoyed it! We just more knowledge of the trails (and more skill 😆)
Birds is a spiderweb. It was fun watching because you did trails that I haven't tried yet. Raider's Revenge is pretty new. In the beginning from Cocalico parking lot you rode past two really good but short downhill trails. Zed's Dead and Pirate Jet. If you like to jump those are your trails. I'm not a great jumper. But my son loves them. They are pretty easy to lap. And there is a significant rollable-ish drop 15' or so at the end of Zed's. Also Turn and Burn which is close to Helter Skelter is really good. One of my favorites on that side. Across the creek my favorite trail is Ramble On. Fast, long, rocky downhill. It's my favorite trail at Birdsboro. But you have to work for it. The climb is no joke.
Great info! Thanks!
Incredible. I’m laying here on 600ug of acid, and I always watch biking when I’m baked. But it’s always too fast. Bumps and jumps, it’s like my head is inside a paint shaker. This is biking at a good pace. You guys don’t seem angry at all. And what is an enchilada? Haha I just googled it. You guys are enchiladas. But you don’t seem angry.
Well... That's a very entertaining comment! Yeah, we're not pros, we ride at a pretty average pace. As far as Angry Enchiladas, it's a story for another video someday.
an honest assestment by a mtn biker around my age. I've watched a few of your videos and like the information. Question are your glasses perscription if so what make?
Thanks!! No, the glasses are not prescription. I wear contacts.
To expand on that, these glasses do come with prescription frames that snap into the back. They are X-Tiger brand from Amazon
Does that trail at the very end of the video go straight to the parking lot if you recall?
Once you make the right turn out of the valley (19:45) this leads you back to the lot. This trail is STEEP in spots and not much fun!
@@angryenchiladas thanks!!
... Ah, rentals I see.
Great vid guys. Looked like a blast. I would have been terrified the airlines would lose my bike!
Yeah, it's a real challenge to fly with bikes, we rented locally, Great decision!
Haven't ridden here in years. Sort of gave up on it due to lack of skills and conditioning. You did well despite the crashes. I walked that section!
They have done some good work, wirth trying again, Still a very challenging trail system!
upper red (Lenape) sucks. No fun at all. Lower red is much more civil.
Hahaha! Yeah, this trail system is so close to my house I ride often and I've come to 'appreciate' the challenge, bu there are still parts I really dislike...
I always get lost half the time on these trails. Lots of walking my bike up endless climbs. Still have no idea how to cross the river to the "South" part of the park. Let me know if you find out. Thanks for posting and helping me navigate this huge web of a place!
We will keep trying. It's a great system!
Thanks 🙏👍
On trails like this, seems like the roots become the villain when the rocks are tame!
Swatara is pretty tame, but for sure the roots are rowdy in a few sections!
love flow trails!
Two kinds of mountain bikers, those who love flow trails and those who lie about it ;-)
I like your commentary!
Thanks for watching! I like to ramble a little to try to keep things interesting :-)
Hello Frank!!! Looking forward to visit the area this coming summer!!!
Omar! nice to hear from you. I look forward to seeing you and riding again!
you are a hell of a good dude.
Why thank you! :-)
Broken Arrow 💘 The best.
I love that trail
Great riding gentlemen!
Thank you!
Looks fun. Was it worth it? I’m 1.5 hours away and it looks like it’s worth the trip
I would say absolutely. That is about the same drive as me and I will definitely go back. There are probably close to 30 miles of trails and we rode 8 of them. Lots of variety and well maintained. I don't know what your local riding is like but this is pretty nice compared to the rocky Appalachian stuff near me. It isn't as fast, flowy or fun as Trexler, but still solid.
Great thanks. I’m 10 minutes from Little Gunpowder in Harford County Maryland that has a little bit of everything but I’m always looking for new places and your video makes me really want to hit that place. The videos are awesome too!
Thanks!
That first trail is the Mohican trail built by my friend legendary Damion Miller - great trail for nightrides in the winter when you can see Bethlehem all lit up. Miss my time there at Lehigh. Thanks for posting this video - nice footage!
Cool info! Some of the trail names here are kind of lost to time (at least to me) since the trail system is still 'unofficial'. Thanks for watching!
Great seeing the trail system we built back in 1993-1994 still ridden today. Just remember when you're riding those cushy full suspension bikes, we rode those trails rigid - not even front shocks!!!! hahahahahahaha
Yeah, these trails are very definitely old school, and great examples of true Pennsylvania hand cut 'tech'. Thank you for making it happen!
Those trails hurt my feelings.
🤣🤣
I showed my new Zwift setup, controllers included, to my son. His only comment was to ask "Which button do you push to launch a torpedo?"
That's hilarious! But who needs torpedoes when you have cannons for legs ;-)
Love it Raging Eagle!
Is there a Super Mario course? That would be really cool!
😁
This trail looks awesome. Thanks for the videos
Thanks for watching!
No idea how this popped up on my feed but glad it did. Good to see some “old” guys like me tearing up the PA trails (im east of you but same shit here, rocks and roots with a little dirt thrown in. Haha) and videoing it! Love it…, keep crushing it! I need to find a group like you guys!
Join Us! New Enchilada recruits are always welcome, though we have a rigorous application process :-) I'm in Bethlehem, so you can't be too far east of me unless you are in new Jersey!
On the video review, it does appear to be SLIMER!
I enjoy the videos! Just getting into the whole trail riding thing. You guys are fun to watch and awesome to see all the dope trails that are not so far away. I’ll probably start at Jacobsburg state park with a buddy of mine. Keep up the awesome content 🤘🏻
Thank you for watching! We're glad you enjoy the videos. Jacobsburg is a great place to start, very beginner friendly with room to advance your skills. Try Jordan Creek Parkway also!
Awesome to know that’s close to my work!! Thank you for taking time to respond.
I have wanted to check this place out but I heard it was a lot of pedalling. This just confirms that rumor. It does seem like a more flowy Swatara though.
@@MichauxGravityRiders It is worth checking out if it is close by. Swatara is a good comparison, with more berms and flow.
Just lovely.
I stayed in black mountain for several months from Maryland. Check out the gateway trails in old fort . 25 mins east of black mountain
Looks like a nice trail system in the Kitsuma area! So much good riding down there. We really love Dupont. Most of the fun without the 5 mile climbs 🙂
@@angryenchiladas yeah I’ll have to check that out next time I’m down there
Me and my nephew just did the loop last wkend out there. 31 miles and was quite a bit of work even on ebikes. Trek Rail 7 and 5. There's 2 maybe 3 hills on other side that are literally dirt bike worthy. Very steep, long, and nasty with roots, rocks, and trenches going up. Possible but wouldn't see too many ppl making on pedal only bikes. Took about 5 hours with a couple pit stops. Good riding guys! Thinking about Danville this Sunday. Either hopewell or Geisinger. Stay safe.
Yeah 🤘🏽😎
Love it!!! Looking forward to Sals tomorrow!!! And some beers!!
Awesome video Ted!!
I got a shout out in an Enchiladas video!
We were thinking about calling you for a ride if the trail ended up at the bottom of the mountain on the other side :-)
Return of brians?
Yep!
Swatty trails are 20 minutes from me, love to ride them. Was this trip taking all left turns? Not always easy to tell from a video. Thanks!
Yep, that is our normal loop. Maybe we will see you out there!
It was great to meet you at the Lebanon Valley ride today Reese! Thanks for stopping by and saying hello.
@@angryenchiladas Same here! I had just come back from the 29 mile loop, had loaded up the bike and was about to drive away, when I saw those distinctive jerseys, and said, that's got to be them!
Love riding Swatty. Let me know when you guys come east again and hit Nox or in Jersey somewhere. From one 50'ish guy to some others, would love to ride with you guys!
Oh man, we just rode Nox on Memorial Day weekend! Let’s definitely connect for a ride. I need a guide for NJ mountain biking
@@angryenchiladasYou got it! I work right down the road from Nox so I get there after work once a week or so but my home trails are Core Creek Park.
Definitely reminded me of Raystown as I was watching!
You guys did a lot of laps! You also got a lot of really fast runs!
Great day of riding on some rowdy stuff!
Oh No!!! Looks like they shipped you a road bike by accident!!!
🤣
Awesome!
Major GoPro effect on those donuts!!! I’m wondering how long it takes to stop to eat a donut to get the 3 minute credit? Sounds like a a statistical study is in order to find the Q point.
Hahaha! For sure, the more you eat the slower you eat. The tipping point for me is 6-8 donuts per stop. The record is 50+ donuts!
What a great day we had!!
Thanks to our hosts and planners!
This is AWESOME!!!!
Went last June for the first time. Have our Airbnb already booked for this spring! Loved it !
Enjoy!
How's it going? What street did you park at to enter the trails? I've road here several times and never seem to find the area.
There are two main parking areas. At the top of the mountain in the Dodson park lot on Dodson street, and at the bottom of the mountain on Constitution drive right next to the railroad tracks
@@angryenchiladas thanks guys, really enjoy your videos.
That looks incredible. On my list .... Out of South Jersey. Wish Allaire had flow that long ❤
Definitely check it out. Great trails!
Allaire got that 10 second flow 😂
