These rooms do not look like a luxury resort. Very plain and does mot look like what appears on other advertisements. I am having second thoughts about our reservation.

ofcourse! This was the Theme Park View room, #5443, Sago Cay building (which I love because it's also the closest to the walking path to MK!)

Is there access to any blue beaches at this resort ?
This resort has their own beach club on Playa Delfines called Ennea. That’s the only beach access.
Is it easy to get to the beach from this resort or no? Considering booking here but it seems like there is no beach access?
@@golfwang3231 it’s either a 5-7 minute shuttle or about a 20 minute walk.

Just that small one you see. However there’s so much grassy ocean areas right outside the resort that it’ll probably have some great snorkeling! Plus there’s a water slide that goes right into the water. It just wasn’t finished yet during the tour.

The pool is not heated. It's about 5' deep at the very center. Officially they say 4.5'.
