On a Syncro there’s definitely a second guide as you suspected and you are missing the nylon selector tips. How did the mag plug look when you drained the oil? It’s worth adding molyslip to your next gearbox oil change.

Dunloe is mental. We went up it last month in an even bigger van and it was scary especially the hairpin just over the top.

Great videos, came down from Armagh and spent a week in Killarney around same time as you were there. Knew it would be busy as Kenmare was heaving on the holiday Sunday so did the Gap of Dunloe at 06.00am on the Monday, only met one other vehicle in Black Valley, but it was a contractor lorry, I had to reverse over half a mile😂

My first time watching and I thought, he sounds a bit Donegalish ,she sounds Irish but from where ?,when you said Spain I thought yes of course the, colouring, but the accent ?.a good story, love stories are always good to, hear and that was an unusual one. You sound as full of craic as us Ana, You are young ,enjoy life and travelling . From one who's 80 and still loves road trips, don't be afraid to drive down boreens and cul-de-sacks it's usually where you find the best places. I'm just back from a road trip to the Italian Dolomites with my son ,it was fantastic but I don't think that your 1.6 VW would be capable of the climbs. Good Luck.

Wow stunning drone footage of your trip. Grab a multi meter. Check voltage at battery before you start then check it again when you have started Fergus. Voltage should increase. If it doesn't your alternator could be the issue. Love your videos guys❤️

I would say check you your glow plug circuit.

You missed an absolute gem by not doing the Conor Pass, it's no problem in a T25. If you were ok on the Slea Head drive, then you'd have been fine on Conor Pass. Next time!
