I practised this like it's explained in the video: first did the cartwheel in a straight line and then tried to go slightly backwards. The problem was that the wheel would always tip to the wrong side as soon as I was upside down. The advice that helped me most (and I actually got it from the coach speaking in the video) was: Try to keep your body behind when upside down (the opposite of sticking your belly out to the front, if that makes sense).

Appreciate the effort of the commentators but there needs to be someone who is knowledgeable of the proper names of cyr wheel techniques on the commentating team to allow better flow of commentary and providing new viewers with the right knowledge of moves, while keeping experienced cyr wheelers engaged as well. Right now it’s abit disengaging for me but i applaud the effort!

Any suggestions on how to generate sufficient speed/momentum on this move? I am ~95kg, I can pull myself up to have both feet on the inner handle, but I can't quite get up enough speed during the move to get to a complete inversion.
