I haven't tried my pro lite for standox so might give a try.yea standox blends can be like that for silvers and light colours I use the colour blend same a wetbed maybe give that a try works amazing I did it in the yellow kia video.

I had gti pro lite for years there reliable guns have you tried any other guns.

@@ThePaintersCore i had pair of supernovas but didnt like the fan sold em off. Would like to try Sata jet x 5500 but the money is not Justifiable tbh my devilbiss get job done never had issue woth then so why change? Easy versatile guns and lovely rounded fan i started with then many hears ago and stuck by them but will need to add some more guns just to try out maybe sagola or have to try Sata at some point.

Yea don't blame why change it if it works for you.most guns are very expensive.

Would love to try walcom.iv heard good things about them and supernova.have you tried sata or devilbiss

@@ThePaintersCore I I have had sata's in the past ie 3000 serise and I have gti pro lite.

Have you tried dv1 for base and lacquer

Iv been devilbiss for like 10years and only had this sata for about 6 months at new job I really like the sata.

Yeah I'm same always had devilbiss guns, I got a iwata w300wb for small blowins and I like that quite a bit so wouldn't mind trying one of the new ws400 guns but this sata is doing an awesome job. I'm using it for clear at moment and a pro light for base. I'm stuck weather to buy a sata cc or a ws400 series2 for clear and just use this 5500 rp for base.

@@ThePaintersCore I’ve just across your channel today and it’s so relatable I’ve been a painter in accident repair for almost 10 years nearly left the trade but glad I didn’t! I use standox aswell brillaint paint system very fast but took me a while to get use to it previously was on sikkens autowave 2.0.

Thats great that you enjoy the channel i try and explain things best i can.i think it's better than a few years ago not to many of us now.i lobe standox the lacquer I find is my favourite.hoprfully I keep making videos you like.

No there's is not sure why it had 2 audio my mistake probably 😅

I love it we use the standox air air dry clear with slow hardner I think it's k9600 il double check when I go in.how do you find using standox.

@@ThePaintersCore Thank you for your reply. I often use k9590 performance pro . I also use k9600 occasionally, but the gloss sometimes fades after drying and I can't get the hang of it. I want to use k9600 as my main paint because it's convenient, but I'm having trouble polishing it. I like the Standoblue base because it's easy to use. I've never blended metallic or pearl without colorblend. You paint well and it's amazing.

I really appreciate the comment.right let's see if I can help so I use the k9600 with the slow hardner 4590.we bake it at 60 for 20 mins and don't polish it for a couple of hours at least.this is what works for us hopefully that gives a few Ideas.what gun and set do you use

@@ThePaintersCore Thanks for your kind response. I am using 4590 hardener or 4595 Extra Slow. I am not baking nearly as much with this clear. The gun is DV1 1.2 or Sata 5500 1.2I. it could be that the first coat is similar to yours but the second coat is thin.

It's like $10 a night to get a hotel in South east Asia. I been around the world twice. Young Blood makes $4000000 from utube a year. Make utube videos while you travel. I'm a scuba diver and i have 500 dives. I regret not making utube videos when a was travelling. I'm working hard to get monetized

Do you use like a wet bed for basecoat.iv haven't heard of spraying thinners over paint how does this work.

@@ThePaintersCore You're a good spray painter. I'm nearly blind, but i'm still painting in my older years. Try captions. it helps your channel. That way death people can see your channel.
