Once you’ve filled your Sundial Shelling Bag with your new finds, visit the Seashell Station to sort and clean your collection, pose with your fellow shellers and swap stories about more most prized pieces. Remember to check that none of your shells are living specimens and please return any to the water if you come across one.

This place is AWESOME!! Everything about Sundial is amazing. Food, the amenities, and the staff.
This is the worst advice you can possibly give a player. Whether they are a recreational player or a serious player who is training, Get the racket back BEFORE the ball bounces. You should start your forward swing as the ball is coming off the bounce in order to have plenty of time to meet the ball out front. If you are taking the racket back as the ball is bouncing you will hit late every time. You do not want to keep your left hand on the racket as long as possible, Good Lord where did this women come from? I'm honestly appalled at the horrific advice giving in this video. I just watched a little more just to confirm that what I'm watching is real.. and sure enough she is hand feeding the student and giving us a perfect example of what you NEVER want to do. This is even worst than I first thought.
