Very respectable. I like the soft green color, and the interior paneling as I detest sheetrock. Bathroom seems a little small, but ok. This has to be some sort of best in class or something. Very nice. I'm still learning about this, but a lot of tiny homes cost more per sq ft than regular homes. Months ago I saw another channel where they were building these 8 ft x 16 ft units with composting toilets, and a curtain for the bathroom door for over $20K if I remember, but that might be reasonable since a lot of sheds go for $13K which I've seen in recent videos.

The bedrooms look like uncomfortable narrow closets Outlet is not flush Closets are robbed of spaced with thick door frames not high enough to use empty top space Outlets so high up look terrible Closets that are long with no space saving even with pocket doors i prefer high door like the bergdorf from ikea to utilize all space Bunch of hidden nooks Bedroom has large wasted space on top closet and where is the bathroom its an empty space I don't know who invited those sliding doors for closets. They're horrible. They don't let you get into the closet fully and why are they so short such empty space at the top of the closet everybody hates that and nobody says anything they just go along with what's given those Horrible once you put the toilet in the sink and everything that goes in there it's like a tiny little closet a lot you can use all that space so much better having the closet right next to the door have it where the window is from wall-to-wall closet with high doors for maximum use and put a skylight so you can get sun light Waste space and workmanship so fast that the outlet and I wonder if anything is really working like the electrical closet thing in the middle of the room and then the other bulky things the mudroom when you have a tiny home space and you have all these bulky construction, making it look smaller I think it's a big waste of space. You have a better cell if you put high doors in the closet that open out those flimsy pain in the ---- doors that get stuck or come off the rails I wish I had money to build these things to have a factory because I would design homes that were practical for use, not just bulky unusable spaces that everybody complains about, but nobody actually tells the manufacturer the builder all these nonsense spaces that are not used

I want one of these but is salt lake city Utah too far? And where would the hot water and heater go

This house is over 700 square feet. Tiny homes are 399 sf or smaller. Also, your non-working website and refusal to give any prices are shady as heck, lol.

The building as picture is it RTO and if so please guve me prices down and monthly.

Has anyone noticed it's missing a bathroom and a kitchen?! And how do you access the second loft? This is only the shell of what could be a nice home, but whatever you pay for this home plan on paying that much more to finish the inside.

What’s up with the Receptacles in the Laundry room & other places ??? The Holes are Cut too Big & you can See the Openings ! The Covers Don’t Cover !,Who is Building these &where is QC ??…I’m a Carpenter & These Issues Don’t make me feel Safe to Buy one of these ! I Want one but would have to Watch Every Spec of Building this to Make Sure it’s Done Right !….ya Might wanna Fix that !

Don’t buy from this company, I ordered a shed in September 23 took six months to get it to me. When I finally got it two days ago it was damaged inside.

Why siding on the inside of the building? 🤔

why is it so hard to tell people how much that specific cost? why do we need to email anybody? just be transparent and people will trust you more, we know prices may change due to location, and specifications, but stop telling people to email if they ask a specific questions. There is reason we don't trust people anymore.

You guys make nice looking homes but I can't help but see a lack of kitchen and toad sinks showers I wonder why that is smoke one to link your web page in the description underneath the video does the only one I can find you cannot do any of the work you guys showing

You guys install electrical but not plumbing or water lines? I am seriously considering the "shed-to-house" option. I don't understand how you would install the water lines without tearing apart the beautiful interior walls. I've watched several videos and everybody seems to be running the water lines between the studs behind the walls. A regular mobile home runs the water lines underneath the structure and through the floor at each sink, toilet, shower etc... Why isn't this explained more in any videos. I personally would prefer the water lines to be run underneath and outside the structure for easy maintenance or expansion. I live in a mobile home and I am thankful for the easy access to my water lines. I do all my plumbing myself but would never attempt to install the plumbing behind the walls and drilling through each stud. Could you pleaase expand on the plumbing issues or options?
