We bought this car seat. It never rotated. Maxi cosi sent us another…it also wouldn’t rotate. You had to beat the thing in order to get it to rotate. Absolutely hate it. Do not recommend.

You can buy the ARB separately if you want still with the Poplar. I wouldve preferred the Poplar S but needed a natrow carseat right away and was assured i could later purchase an ARB. Unfortunately it was more expensive to do it that way and i dodnt get that nicer padding either. So if you decide later you want an ARB Britax customer service can sell it to you but its more cost effective to buy the S model. Honestly I feel gypped and frustrated, if the Poplar was released when it was supposed to be originally i probably couldve had the S in time for my child to use it upon outgrowing her infant seat. It feels like a cheaper seat too vs our One 4 Lifes in our wider car. The whole thing has kind of soured me on Britax carseats, I dont think I'd buy another one, certainly not a convertible.

Hi! I noticed it was mentioned in the video that the weight capacity of the lower basket is 30 lbs. I saw a couple resources online which mentioned it was 15 lbs, which was one of the only reasons I was considering not getting this stroller. Could you please confirm the weight capacity of the basket so I can reconsider?

Do you know how to shorten the handle ?

Thank you for this video! We just got the exact same stroller although ours doesn't feel as easy to fold/unfold. When we fold, it doesn't always lock and sometimes will be off-balance (lean forward) even when starting with the rear wheels locked. Then when trying to unfold, it doesn't feel balanced where it will sometimes fall forwards. I'm not sure if we're doing something wrong but we tried to mimic your steps/position and it doesn't feel as seamless for us. Curious to hear your thoughts :) Also, per our order receipt (from Target/Babylist), it says it's the $450 Double Stroller 2.0 but nowhere else on the stroller itself or in the paperwork and packaging it came with does it say it's a 2.0. I'm wondering if we somehow got a different version even though all our features (and style) look to match yours shown in this video. Do you know how we can confirm what ours is?

Is it easy to maneuver with one hand? My current stroller I can push it or turn if I use one hand and have something in my other.
