I need help! On my 3Ds sometimes when I soft reset my screen just goes black or when I’m selecting my starter and I wait to see if it’s shiny, that’s also when it goes black. What do I do?

when i got to the installing FBI part, i clicked on the link and it was an error 404. to fix this, i searched FBI installation, and i found a website that also had the link but let me download it. for anyone who has trouble, try that, and then follow the steps of the original website.

If you have FBI already installed, you can do a remote install for the app so you really don't need a computer for this!
