My family went on this and it was way more terrifying than it looks! It looked like it would tip us back a bit, but the whole time we felt like we were being leaned forward, sliding forward, and struggling to remain on the seat. There's really no protective barrier at all. You have to maintain alertness the whole time to avoid falling. The seat was a bit slippery and it goes up deceptively high. When it stops you for people to get on or off, you swing, and it's seriously terrifying. At least it was to my family. 😂😭 Great video, though. At least I can say I did it! It was scarier than any thrill ride there to me.

I went on the Disney World version yesterday and I really did not like it. Maybe this one will be better?

Please Disney Imagineer workers add more character props to Tiana's Bayou Adventure I want to see Spoonbill birds or pink flamingos dancing with Mama Odie, also show more of Prince Naveen with Tiana, show 3 possums on a tree branch, show 2 swamp gators, have Reggie, Darnell, Two Fingers, deer and other critters fill in the empty dark spaces and put in a better drop off song like "When we're human", or "Almost There" last verse or my favorite song "Friends on the Other side" or even show the spirit of Dr. Facilier or the scary shadows. Otherwise I'm going to be very disappointed and bored with the Jungle Cruise copycat ride as shown at the Disney World version ride. I really don't want Tiana's Bayou Adventure to be like Disneyland's Jungle Cruise ride because I'm bored with that kind of ride. Heck, I would love it if Jungle Cruise ride was completely redone to match the Dwayne Johnson Emily Blunt movie Jungle Cruise 2021 where the rivers are more rapid and there are scary snake props and undead Spanish conquistadors and the submarine pretending to attack us as we are in auto moving boats.

This one just looks better than on the east coast, why didn’t they just pull a mission breakout with this one

Pretty cool for what is most likely a low-budget show. They made the most of their resources for sure. Good selection of songs.

Water is such a natural kinetic marvel and yet Disney seems to constantly seek alternatives to it. None which actually do a better job, but might possibly hold the title of more environmentally friendly.

First rode it in 2002, then again last weekend May 19, 2024. It was rough then, with the taxi train. Now it has a new train, more cramped and is even rougher than I remember. I still believe that the roughness is part of the design to make it scary. One hell of a ride though, makes for memories.
