THe explosions from necrochasm proc the poison from necrotic grip. Not as based as osteo once was but Necro is a pretty vicious meapon in itself and the poison, once it gets rolling just permeates the field. Personally I don't like the way thorn feels for PVE content so it's necro for me all the way. Thorn is unarguable the best to pair with this kind of build though..... if you can hit your shots :D

Haven’t tried necro because i think it requires a precision final kills to start the explosion and spread necrotic at the same time which is kinda hard to do in a GM when u are taking a lot of ammo to kill an single enemy. But it could work very well in a seasonal or in legend content and actually start the chain reaction of explosion that kind of like the old Osteo Striga to spread more poison :3

@@Snark001the fact that it’s an exotic primary plus one for thrall makes getting kills on red bars pretty easy :)

Added Exotic class item perk in the description, but i did write it in the mobalytics website so u can check it out for more details about the build. Arcane needle doesn’t need any mods to lower its cooldown because you will constantly get transcendence with this build so you can spam it when it happens. Moreover, Arcane Needle’s generally works better on high hp target so it can spread unraveling rounds to a lot of target compare to 1hp enemy. Also, even after the Osteo nerf, it still spreads poison with sustained damage with the gun itself which still works really well with necrotic and its still the main way to spread the necrotic tick dmg to enemies.

I just chose a fluffy theme from season of the deep, maybe share your shaders and ornament of choice if u think mine is ugly lol (tbh warlock doesn't have that much good looking ornament unlike titan & hunter)

HC is still the most stable way to stun an overload, but with prismatic warlock that has so many ways to deal with them by abilities only, running double primary is kinda worthless imo. So I chose IK with volt shot not only can deal with overload when my abilities are not up, but it’s also good for ad clear as well.

It’s been this good since day 1 of TFS launch. They nerfed the grenade regen but it’s still very strong

@@Snark001 I agree, i ran it the 2nd i saw one video about it and not even 24hrs after people were downplaying the potential of this build.

Are you talking about Ex Diris?? It's an ok and fun exotic but not good for this GM because you need to get a kill with the weapon itself to create the moth, and it has a internal cooldown so you can't spawn tons of moths to blind a large group of enemies at the same time. Even pair it with mothkeeper exotic on hunter, its viability in this GM is also not that great because the overshield that it provided is non-existent in GM content, the additional moths from throwing the grenades are also not enough for tanky orange bar enemies (like wyverns in the final room) Also, GL doesn't get any intrinsic artifact perks to deal with champs this season (besides blinds for unstop, which are not presents in this GM). It might be a good exotic weapon in a fireteam, but for solo runs this one is definitely a hard pass for me :(

It's kinda op lmao and you literally can't die, they nerf the grenade regen but it does literally nothing

You can try my build for this GM, it should work pretty well and even your teammate dies, the survivability of this build is quite strong with devour to clear room and res your teammates afterwards.

Probably a hand cannon to stun overload in case you don’t have your ability to stun it, or a blinding GL for wyvern and the mini boss hydra in the final room. Depends on what your fireteam lacks

Honestly, either of them can work on higher end content like Master or GM nightfall. However, it’s definitely not a brain dead build where you can just run straight to a group of ads at that difficulty, otherwise you will end up in the same situation in 2:00 time in this video where I messed up really bad and died. For Syntho build, you need to master 2 things: Keeping Banner of War buff active as long as possible (ideally the x4 buff) and how to engage with your melee ability at the right time. For HOIL build, I tried it once in Master lost sector as well, but I don’t think it’s as good as Synthos build at high end content (that’s why I posted the Syntho build not the HOIL one) because it requires you to use your melee after you get at least x1 (ideally x2) HOIL buff to get the maximum damage out of it, unlike Syntho where you only need 2 ads close to a boss or champ to delete it instantly with your melee ability. So, Syntho build is a lot more simpler to use, but engaging at the right time is very important to not get killed by ads before you can get to the boss or champ that you want to kill. HOIL is focused more on ability spam, and requires at least x1 Empowered Melee for good damage to pair it with x4 Banner of War buff and even at x2 buff, it still can’t achieve the same result as a Biotic Enhancement Syntho melee damage. But, you can spam more grenades and barricades. Personally, I love Syntho a lot more because it’s just so much more easier to use compare to HOIL, but it doesn’t mean HOIL is bad, especially when you pair it with Flechette Storm aspect, however, using this aspect will push HOIL build more towards Seasonal Activity or Legend nightfall / lost sector difficulty, and definitely not GM level.

The Hydro Archon feels even more useless than Wendi for some reason.

@@Snark001 I did, I went her there, I got te achivement, but the tick on the book wont appear, and the girl is still there and the sunflowers are too. Maybe its because i didnt talk to the anarana? They werent there. Oh also, i found a room with a lot of chest that wont open do i need to find all anaranas or complete the book?

There is a daily rotation modifier in nightfall now. The day that I ran master has the Lightning Crystal modifier which recharge all arc and stasis abilities at a much faster rate.
