Im stage 3/4 at 35. Fev1 score of 30%. Ive been hospitalised already because of it. Im so scared to die tge way i no i probably will. Gasping like a fish out of water ans getting no benefit from it.

I'm curious do you have Copd nurses that come to your home if you get chest infections I get them where I live in south east London I believe they only cover certain areas thank you for the tips very helpful 👍
my friends mum had Lung capacity of 10 I have copd had it 10 years now I'm 59 I had suffererd so many chest infections I do walk every day do yoga use dumb bells it is so scary smoking caused it if I could take it back I would the damage is all ready done thank you 👍

I’ve gained almost 20 pounds since I was diagnosed with COPD… so how do I know that is water in my lungs or I’m eating too much? Your posts are great, I learn so much.

Thank you Derek.....I too bought a 'breather'.....used it a bit....put it aside.....out of sheer laziness....Thank you for reminding me,! I will now take it up again to give it a fair trial ! Probably one unique/important feature...is that you can set the resistance dial for inhale & exhale separately....start easy.....and gradually turn each dial up as your diaphram gains strength....so it can be used for individual needs & is progressive !
