Geez. I used to be go there as a child and then adolescent and then Young adult in the 70’s - 80’s. Enjoyed the horse back riding only. Learned to ride there and appreciate riding. As we got older got to know the owners at that time and wranglers and we would get to go out riding on the wranglers horses and take off…..

From the standpoint of horseback riding exclusively, in our region it's roughly around $100pp for hour long trail rides, so for a family of 3-4 if they don't offer the 8am ride and there's 5 rides a day we'd spend $1500-$2000 a day on riding...so from that perspective it's definitely a great bang for the buck and it's like room and meals are free for us since we tend to try to ride all day.

My wife wants to go somewhere and not have to cook (which is totally valid). Our daughter will be 1.5 in April, so perhaps we should take her when she's older (6 or 7+ years old)?
