I don't think they made any non-diamond grille 1275Hs with the other cover design, those probably were the ones that used the Kidde logo on the front then after the diamond grilles by 2000 they switched to this cover design.

@@procellfoxreal It's based on the fact I've never seen one with the other design that doesn't have hush. Also I can confirm 1285s looked like this too, and those along with 0918s probably came out around the time that Code 3 was implemented (I've never seen a Kidde alarm that has the escape light and does 4/6). I've seen a Canadian PE120 that has the logo on the front and modern vents and it did 4/6.

So your version is the all open vents. Some versions like mine have closed vents on one side particularly the horn. May be different plastic due to coloring but I'm not sure.

I have these in my house, used to have 7 but recently replaced 2 with a kidde KN-COPE-IC and a first alert 7010BSL. After i replaced these, my old fbii security system kept going off for no reason so i replaced with a brand new GE Networx 8 System. Fully working and no problems ever since.
I plan to replace the still 5 remaining detectors left, bedroom ones I plan to get sc9120b's, my downstairs hallway a 7010b. Btw the kn-cope-ic is in my upstairs hallway and the 7010bsl is in the basement hallway.
