I find it hard to believe that this feature actually saves gas and the dealership insists that there’s absolutely no way to disengage it.

I guess i bought my used 2021 sahara altitude with Start/Stop disabled already because I dont feel/hear the engine shut off. The orange light on button is not lit up, yet i dont see any sign of Auto Start/Stop being engaged. Good riddance- I never liked that feature on any cars anyway 😂

Have to say that I have a 2018 JL that I just gave the dealer $361 to install a new Battery etc. After that I realized that this would be a reoccurring problem once the "Useless smaller battery" killed everything again. So this morning I went out and followed your suggestion. Thanks bunches and If I keep the JL I may just redesign the whole systems again. They said it was against company rules for them to do anything. p.s. Have a bunch of jeepers from NY to Cal that I call friends so this is going on my personal page with my bear pictures.

If you didn't have them already, yellow lights would also cut down on the "whiteness" when they're on with the tint. Just using white lights and a yellow tint on the lens won't be the full set.
