Ahh nice adventure... When I was your age I went on a trip with my Dad to Paris, France during spring break. He was a pilot for the airlines so it was a nice "free" trip... Everything was great until the return trip. A weight restriction at the last minute meant that none of the "pass-travel" passengers could go. My dad was the pilot on that flight so he had no choice but to leave me behind in Paris. The next day looked poor for pass-travel so I had to figure out how to get home. He gave me his credit card at the last minute and I bought a ticket to Germany and found my own way home from there the next day.

Taking that AP/Honors courses don’t really matter in college though. Some H.S. Tell you those credits are transferable to Unis. but a lot schools still make you retake the classes when you reach that level. So just a heads up on that future grads
