@@Meketrafo Si, yo en lo personal llevo 2 años postulando a cargos que ofrecen en este sitio incluso por trabajos básicos y nada. pero hace poco contrataron a un wn que conozco que es ESQUIZOFRÉNICO y que apenas tiene 4 medio y nunca a ido a la minera. gana 1 millón sin tener 1 sola pizca de experencia en algo y Solo entró por que conoció un jefe y le ''simpatizó'' eso me hace pensar que tengo que tener un maldito problema mental para que la p3rra inclusión me incluya en alguna wea. o tengo que agarrarme de las bolas de algún jefe para ser algien en la vida. de verdad que asco de sistema

Pero pucha si que le dan con la inclusividad, si eres de alguna etnia, discapacitado o mujer, ten por seguro que te contratan con 0 exp. laboral. A mi nunca me ha gustado ser chupapide nadie, de hecho, por lo mismo estoy cesante (viviendo de puras paradas de planta, no es mala la paga pero prefieriría un estabilidad laboral). Igual en todos lados me piden como mínimo 5 años de experiencia, y uno que es nuevito no lo pescan ni en bajá, lástima que no tengo ningún pituto, asi es chilito.

I work in recruitment and experience frequently that BHP are actively discriminating against male candidates for certain roles and refuse to hire them in order to meet their utopian 50/50 diversity quotas. They go as far as leaving the jobs open (or hire unsuitable inexperienced personnel) if they cant find anyone, rather than open it up for both sexes and capable people who need employment. How is this legal when they are in direct breach of anti-discrimination laws? This discrimination seems to be purely for virtuous marketing purposes, but how can active gender based discrimination be virtuous? And do customers/shareholders appreciate that your employment focus is not based on competence, but gender?
Unfortunately most of the women are not capable of doing the job... bur they still hire them for diversity quotas.

Sorry to hear that you’ve not been successful yet. Most of the time we are only looking for 1 or 2 people to fill each role, and unfortunately as frustrating as that can be it might take time to be successful.
@@bhp that makes sense, do the applicant have a waiting list once applied in that situation. Or is it first come first serve on whose qualified to get the job
