In addition to his own songs, Paul and his orchestra often include some covers within their live shows resulting in a selection of uniquely arranged interpretations of artists such as Nina Simone, The Rolling Stones, Elbow, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Turin Brakes and Massive Attack.
Regular members of the Paul Dunton Orchestra have also performed for the likes of The London Philharmonic Orchestra, Hallé Orchestra, British Philharmonic Orchestra, London Concert Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and the Britten Sinfonia to name a few.

Volcano (Damien Rice) live at Local & Live Festival 2019
Here is our rendition of 'Volcano' by Damien Rice who is definitely one of our favourite singer-songwriters! To enable us to build our version dynamically, the rhythm section come in at verse two and we decided to increase the overall tempo for the whole song and layer the string parts with the lead cello supported by the violin. Hope you enjoy!

We love performing our version of Dark on Fire, a beautifully haunting song written by the wonderful Turin Brakes.
bad cover
Dull stuff 👎🏼
1:13 it's blather not "bad day" God...
Let's take the most rockin' rock n' roll track from In Rainbows and apply delicate, sophisticated orchestral sensibilities. Love it. Let 1,000 interpretations proliferate! I, for one, would like to see these same folks do an interpretation where it starts out within severe Apollinian strictures, but then graduates to a point where it unleashes full-on Dionysian revelry right around "C'mon and let it out", and then descends into a completely different place at the end reminiscent of both, but distinct. They might need to triple the track length though.
A stunning performance by the whole orchestra!
Wonderful harmonies and instrumental musicianship!
Magnificent. I love how guitarist plays this and the whole band in general. I love hot it is mixed and I really love her voice.
BO💍
any fool can pick a hole. That was beautifully covered. lovely stuff
Pretty 'meh' cover, you are an orchesta, i have heard 1 single guy with a guitar putting more feeling on this song
I think this sounds great
нахуй она начала петь, такой инструментал красивый
Excelent
Jeez, Lionel Messi's as good on the guitar as he is with a football!
Brother Yorke would definitely be proud of this performance. Shouts out to everyone involved ❤❤❤
Embrarrasing
If this is a yank version ok. But please stop it Stop bastardising it. Or any of our music .
where can i listen her again?
nice music, but voice doesn't fit the song
The lemon can replace this easily/
someone know how the singer name is??
It's simple, you want to listen to Radiohead, you listen to Radiohead, the album, the live performances. I can see why so many people think Radiohead fans are insufferable, appreciate this for what it is, a cover. It is their interpretation and view it as such. As a Radiohead fan, I would love to hear as many different interpretations and versions of their songs as possible, its all so beautiful.
Not necessarily. A bad cover is a bad cover. Listen to the one by Portland cello project.
I agree with you fully!
Great bands always have insufferable fans. That's always been the way. I've loved radiohead for the last 20 odd years and I am certain I was an insufferable little terd many times along the way.
no
Air Theramin? WTF
There are just some songs that can't be covered.
no buildup and change of range on the third verse? definitely the most hard hitting part of the song just isnt there
Lets say that was all perfect, until she missed the high note part....she didn't have a voice powerfull enough for that part but she nailed all the rest
The bass is on point tho
Singing a Radiohead song in this style is like mixing oil with water for a lot of people here. I think that Thom does it way more uniquely but he only did it better than her in the studio version. He clearly struggled with it live and that is why they only played it just after the release. This version is not at all better than the In Rainbows one but she as a singer does not falter a bit pitchwise which speaks to her professonality as a live singer. A young Adele would probably have been savagely critiqued here if she'd covered it in 2008. Maybe she'd get props for the big voice but even she wasn't as pitch perfect as this at the time when singing live.
I know a few sources say 'what's the point of instruments, words are sawn off shotguns'. But I really thought it was 'words are blunt instruments, words are a sawn off shotgun.'
What a fantastic music!!! I saw you in London! It was stunning!!!!!
im listen again again and again… repeat, great… beautifull instrument and vocal voice 😍😍
My fav song of all time and got alot of version kf it aaaa I can't stop listen to this song even after 5 years
This is a great tribute and admiration to great band and an equally anthemic song. The bassline of this song is out of this world.
Her voice is very beautiful its just too high for this song
it too much bright.. but nice
Thought the vocalist was killing it, the bassist could have stuck to Colin's line a little closer
I honestly think her voice is pretty good… my main gripe with this rendition is the weird rhythm in the strings section, esp in the beginning. The original has a bit of a swing to it, which imo was vital to the vibe
This video pop up from nowhere ND m completely satisfied
Were you just hoping that a previous study of the music of that band they all like, the Arctic Monkeys, would get you by?
Saw you guys at Black Deer Festival today. So impressed - lovely and unique sound you have
bassist !
Forget the negative comments this is a good cover, well done to all involved 👍
She has a great voice, but IMO her style doesn't match the arrangement.
Her tone is too light and too tight.
trash, but respectable effort
It's a great gig, but is hard to like it when you've heard the original version. At some parts she should've sound more wild and weird, this song is meant to sound lost and even unconfortable
Class
Her style of singing is not the best for this
amazing
where's the drums??????
Magistrale. Bellissima interpretazione!!
Props to the bassist! Incredible work!
