Dairy will take a long time to get through milk. I top up my dairies in low seasons for milk value, and when it’s higher sell the milk somewhere else. Have never run out at the production; but make good cashflow along the way from my surplus milk.

Remember with volatility to look at the spread of prices- the tighter spread on butter prices (£400 vs £900 on cheese) means you can feel more comfortable to sell it as you get it

Wow you are getting so few olives for all that investment. They really do seem not worth it except for a "something fun and different to spend excess money on" crop and not a crop for making a profit.

Always a great video. That Fendt vineyard tractor can have it's engine upgraded then you can run the mulcher and the cultivated at the same time to mulch and cultivate the olive grove.

Just a thought, why not harvest some corn and sell it to fund the rest of the forage harvester? Then Daggerwin can re-plant all the corn he wants back in that field and forage till his little heart is content. Just a thought. Thank you so much for going back and getting the missed sunflower bits. I know a lot of people don't care or think its silly but for some of us it drives us CRAZY. So thank you! I've gotten to where I have to skip through when Dagg works a field because he cant complete anything in a field to save his soul. Hi Chaisaw just watched you both busy at work asked Daggerwin about doing away with the small Olive patch and put the money itomakking the other Olive patch larger so you get a good yield from the one area have you ever thought about putting a well or water tower between the sheep and chickens so you can supply the green houses, i knew those mega load of bales silage would go well thats why you need a larger grass field you need to cut the rest of those trees down and your new grass field will go to your trackyou made keep those great vidios coming

I tried the harvester and header combo you are using and was able to detach it without a problem. Maybe it would work in your game on level ground. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You might need to put the corn header on a trailer. I sorry I don't get spending 500k on equipment to do corn silage that only going to return 500k. I really think that money could have been better spent on larger tractors larger trailers or a second one, new productions such as spinnery, tailor shop and wood mill, upgrades on other equipment. Or even buying more land.

You need a second bakery. The bread is quite a good price so it will pay off.
