I went with Soulblight Gravelords! I love the models, they scream paint me! I liked the look of the Vyrkos characters. I also enjoyed the Hollow King novel so I had to get Cado Ezechiar!

You do realize you can take the lid totally off and put it back on again easily for more detailed cleaning.

Still have some proper old round sealed tub of Polished Blue as well as some of the first hex bottles with white caps. Still working and I used to remove the paint ring all the time. 10:30 All the screw tops, similar to yours here are dead. The earlier ones are mostly still great!!

In the beginning of the video you said you'll talk about how to fix dried up paints, why did you bother adding chapters/markers in the timeline if you aren't going to include when you talked about how to fixed dry paints. It's at around 11:00 minutes by the way for anybody who doesn't want to sit through it.

Fantastic video! This is so helpful & inspiring, I’m just staring out painting miniatures (for a fantasy game I’m designing). Im an artist who usually paints on stretched watercolour paper with watercolours or acrylic paints, I hadn’t realised that thinning paints for minis was so similar to regular acrylics and essential! How priming & consistency was so important, Thanks Peter!

my citadel paint "expired" - unopened and bulked up .. why ? any other paints in tube are still ok

Thanks for explaining this. I'm struggling with the consistency of my paint - either tacky or too running. Thanks also for pointing out the problem of hard water, which is definitely an issue where we live

Useless video

I mean this as constructive criticism. You go over board excitedly impersonating your warband here. You can make your content fun and exciting while not making it so manic its hard to watch. That said, Keep it up and thanks for making these

Its a real pain with the OOP issues here, especially given how the warcry missions rely on certain specific layouts and pieces. Real shame. Best game system GW's ever done, and they're trying to kill the damn thing.

Agree with everything plus: 1. Impact damage is way too low. It's just not logical to fall from the top of the bell tower (6 inches) and take an average of 1 damage. 2. Just as there is no risk with elevation there is also no reward. You gain zero by having the higher ground on your opponents. I'd like to see a simple table where you gain an attack for attacking someone lower than you and vice versa. They built this game to be centered around the terrain and then it just does nothing... Also, I think the thing with toughness needs to be what you said. If a strength 3 hits at toughness 6 than you should only hit on crits and the damage should be reduced.

Just pull the top off, push it inside out and the dried paint just falls off, then put the lid back on.

Is it just me or is priming WHITE just bullsh*t? tried now 3 times and failed evertime. Black works like a charm. So i guess im gonna dump the white Spraycan

I have a friend who sold me 2 toolboxes of paints, wash and varnish because he'd long quit the hobby. Alot of them where dried out to the consistency of almost Playdoh, so this helped me alot. My Necron army thanks you.

I plan on getting this warband... It's a bit sad that the best weapon (flail) seems to be so limited in use, to just one class, but then again I could technically spam the flails my entire warband... It may be expensive but it seems like a proper option for the warband... The Blissful One could also make for a really good ally for slaaneshi daemons as well...

I just saw this, I've been cleaning my brushes the wrong way, good thing they were kinda cheap

I have spent a small fortune on paint, but left painting for a year. Came back and they were ruined despite making sure they were closed. What i find annoying I have an original Citadel Woodland green bottle over 25 years old that is still fine. So thanks for the video going to try and revive them
