3D visualization of steel rebar configuration in ten typical sections of reinforced concrete columns. The stirrups arrangement is typical for sections with ductility requirements. The longitudinal reinforcement provided is the minimum required based on the stirrups configuration. The quantity of longitudinal rebars may vary depending on the design demands. Spacing between stirrups may also vary (e.g. stirrups may be denser particularly at the column's ends).

μα οταν δεν εχει συνδετηρες στις στηριξεις τι να περιμενουμε στη δοκο shear! Δεν ειναι σωστα οπλισμενη, γιατι συγκρινουμε μια σωστα οπλισμενη δοκο με μια λαθος!?
Οι δοκιμές αυτές έγιναν για εκπαιδευτικούς σκοπούς, ακριβώς για να γίνει κατανοητό το πόσο μεγάλο ρόλο παίζει η όπλιση μιας δοκού στον τρόπο αστοχίας της. Θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε διατμητική αστοχία ακόμη και με συνδετήρες αλλά ανεπαρκείς σε σχέση με την τέμνουσα που θα μπορούσε να αναπτυχθεί. Στις συγκεκριμένες δοκιμές επιλέξαμε να μην τοποθετήσουμε καθόλου συνδετήρες στο διατμητικό άνοιγμα της δοκού SHEAR, ώστε να είμαστε 100% βέβαιοι ότι θα λάβουμε διατμητική αστοχία (είχαν προηγηθεί βεβαίως εκτιμήσεις μέσω υπολογισμών).

I am afraid not. The test was done for educational purposes to demonstrate the different failure modes.
