just a heads up - SecretLabs Titan 2020, Noblechairs Hero and Joulies Master = these are all the exact same chair just with minor differences in assembly choices. for the past week i've been doing some research for myself looking to replace my aging 6 years old gaming chair, i've probably spent hours upon hours checking reviews and comparisons of various brands and models, and i came up with the following conclusion regarding these 3 chair models from these 3 companies: SecretLab Titan 2020 = this is the highest quality version of this chair - magnetic side covers, soft armrest covers, uses long levers for piston control, bundled with a memory foam headrest pillow with cooling gel Boulies Master = this is inbetween in terms parts bin quality - uses the cheapest type of recline mechanism that''s often used in the cheap amazon no-name gaming chairs, soft armrest covers, uses long levers for piston control, comes bundles with a simpler memory foam headrest pillow without cooling gel Noblechairs Hero = this is the lowest in terms of parts bin quality (except for the recline mechanism) - uses hard plastic armrest covers and look and feel quite cheap, uses short below average quality levers for piston control, uses the same reclining mechanism like the Titan 2020, however using a lock in screw instead of magnetic covers, comes bundled with two low cost regular foam pillows (one for the headrest, another for lumbar support even though the chair itself already has built in lumbar support in the backrest, i guess they did that to compensate for the fact they bundle the chair with regular foam pillows instead of memory foam?) this is going to be a long read so if you're not interested in reading it, you can stop reading here lol as a conclusion - because all of these chairs are honestly way more expensive than they should but still all 3 of them cost more or less the same, i would say that the secretlabs chair is probably the best option for anyone who is looking on getting this specific chair - its built the best, its parts bin use is the highest quality of these 3, the secretlabs warranty is probably the very best of these 3 (up to 5 years of full unlimited warranty without having to return any damaged RMA part is insane), there really is no reason to choose any of the other two since they all cost more or less the same. i'm guessing the only reason to buy one of the other two chairs is if Secretlabs are not available in your country - in that case i think Noblechairs is the way to go, because even if they are not using the best and most comfortable parts from the parts bin they still have incredible warranty - 3 years unlimited warranty (but you will have to send back any damaged RMA part). the Boulies is honestly not available anywhere except US/UK/AU so really if you don't live in one of these 3 countries you cant really take any notice of them, but their warranty out of these 3 chairs seems to be the worst - only 2 years of limited warranty, or 3 years if you pay extra for an additional 1 year of limited warranty - there isn't much information however about how good or bad their RMA service is. and as a total conclusion for this specific chair design - honestly, this design has already been surpassed by the Secretlabs Titan Evo 2022 series which is an evolution on this design. it costs more or less very similarly to this older design but the improvements it offers are massive in comparison - the lumbar support has been improved significantly and has the ability to push out nearly 3 times as much as the older design, it also has the ability to go up and down on the back cover - you may think the armrest's being magnetic now is dumb but actually that is genious because armrest covers usually don't really last that long if you use them a lot and this has opened up an option for many things - first of all, during your 5 years of warranty if for whatever reason your armrest covers tear you can just open an RMA about it and secretlabs will send you brand new armrest covers instead of the entire side armrest assembly (like they used to do with the Titan 2020 design), another option you have is customising your armrest covers - secretlabs sells replacement armrest covers you can use instead of the stock one - you have velour covers, memory foam covers, hard plastic covers etc. - the ability to customize and choose whatever is the most comfortable FOR YOU instead of being stuck with whatever the manufacturer chose is massive here. additionally, the newer PU leather and fabric that secretlabs use on the Titan Evo 2022 series is much thicker and much more durable - which for the price these chairs go for you would likely want them to last you as long as possible - and this significantly helps with that! so in general my recommendation would be to just go with a secretlabs chair because of their warranty, and if you are able to afford the price increase from the 2020 TITAN to the 2022 Titan Evo than it is totally worth it in terms of comfort and durability. however in my case, since secretlabs are not available in my country (out of these three brands only Noblechairs is officially available here) so i was about to just get the noblechairs hero, but then i stumbled upon a local shop that self-imported a few secretlabs titan 2020 black3 fabric chairs so i immediately jumped on and ordered that instead - was it a smart decision? probably not because if you don't buy directly from secretlabs or from one of their approved retailers you don't get your warranty from them, but from whatever shop you buy it from. but the price difference between the secretlabs titan 2020 black fabric and the noblechairs hero tx (the price difference locally) wasn't that big so i basically just still decided to go for the secretlabs over the noblechairs just because of the use of higher quality parts.

Soon you will have options like the upcoming pulsar 4k wired mice and xm2 8k too

do note, that you have to get used to higher polling rates before you judge about it, thats why i think this video isnt accurate.

I just bought an OP1 8K, the performance I get out of it is amazing, it's light and overall performance is amazing, love the clicks too. If I have one concern, is that the mouse gives me a bit of wrist pain, coming from a Corsair Scimitar Elite(RiP Scroll Wheel), I wanted to try out a wired smaller mouse, unfortunately I do get pain using it. Hand size is a bit smaller then around 18x9. Another issue I have is that the mouse seems to want to slip out of my hand when grabbing it, this could be an issue with me, since im not used to a smaller mouse. Aside from that, the mouse performs great and feels really well made. I still encourage others to try it.

sadly they don't sell the G502 x lightspeed, to the x plus is the only option for me if i want a good performance G502

OP1 is too small for me. Great mouse, but going from a RVM to the OP1, it's a bit smaller and the first mouse to hurt my hand.

I've got a ZA13-C with LGG cable, corepad psp grips and Arc-1 skates. My OP1 8K is sitting on the shelf. It's stock cable can't compare to the LGG and it's stock skates lacks control. While OP1 is a good mouse the ZA is a better shape with more modding options that matter.

It’s insane to me that more people aren’t trying their favorite mice with a usb c paracord. There are a bunch of them that are high bandwidth and support 8K polling through them, while still being fairly lightweight. The best wired mice right now are your favorite wireless mice, but plugged in.

ive mained the OP1 we and the OP18k since each entered my desk. I still want a wider mouse- ill be happy to try the xm2 8k when it comes out. but these mice are fucking tanks. they're quite literally perfectly built. I love how none invasive the software is as well. the clicks are fantastic but if you dont like them you can just switch them for a couple bucks and dont even need new skates.

I have a Hx haste 2 mouse and it is amazing but the scroll wheel has some problems (I have a second mouse and the same problem appears after 2 months :/ )

Ive used the pulsefire haste 2 wired for 2 months now and everythings been good except for 2 things Comfort and sensor exterior compartment design I grip my mouse in a pretty standard claw style most of the time and smtimes it can feel a bit off imo. Idk if its cuz my hands are on thr smaller side or what, but its sm that bothers me a little bit And the big issue abt this mouse is that the exterior sensor compartment is prone to collecting a lot of dust and even the slight amount of dust will cause my mouse to stop tracking my movement as well as it should smtimes even not tracking my movement all together for a split second so when it happens i gotta blow out the dust Overall its a great option for 50 bucks tho

I have an Oryza and a Camade II, I expected Vaxee to be better but I actually like the Zowie bungee quite a bit more. The head of the Oryza droops really aggressively if you give it any amount of slack (which they recommend in their video) while the camade stays up way straighter. Far from unusable but not ideal for me which sucks because everything else about it is way better

I *get why* people don't like Zowie/Vaxee scroll wheels, but at this point complaining about them in reviews is the mouse enthusiast version of calling mobile phones "fingerprint magnets." I personally enjoy them for their unique and useful feeling - plus knowing the engineering behind the mechanics of not only the scroll, but the cradle the wheel sits in that allows easier, consistent use of the scroll click makes it all worth it. BUUUT I get that few people are actually nerdy about that stuff or care about actual longevity and only meme icky no-no ewies at scroll wheel lol ha ha groas un-goat'd zero reccy!! I've found that sitting in a completely silent room with audio muted while gaming definitely exacerbates the scroll sound, so I'd say those bothered by that can use something like speakers/headphones/IEMs/the rambling of a loved one to help mask it. It works for me, at least :) (P.S. - I'm not trying to be sassy to you or others personally. I'm just being silly in poking fun at the, uh, haters? I dunno. Please don't ban me from the Diamond Lobby for being mouthy, I like it here)

As someone who went back to maining the wired G Pro Hero, it's p cool to hear wired mice being talked about in 2024. Loved going back to wired cuz it's cheaper for almost, if not the same performance features

The wired Razer Cobra (formerly Viper Mini) is also good. The shape is the best I've tried for a claw/fingertip hybrid (even better than OP1's IMO as I found the hump placement on OP1 quite restrictive for fingertip) Wish they'd release one with better specs.

Wired mouse has a lot of improvement from past years, in fect I was using OP1 8k and Haste 2 wired for several weeks with no aim skill degrade. My only concern of these wired mouse is most of them can't seperate the cable for easy maintain or storage, which is actually nothing big deal for most user that don't swap mouse everyday...
