Loved this episode, u 2 remind me of me & one of my friends. I'm Kiona & my friend is Kimberly. I swear like a truck driver, I'm usually dressed pretty casual, only wear makeup if I'm going out for an event & can get in there with the best of them with the drinking. Very much a social drinker.😂 I have so wanting to go to a rage room, I too have alot of pent up anger even though I go to the gym regularly. So sorry for ur break-up Kim, u just got pummeled the last week or so. I agree that I'm glad it happened in just 6wks & not 6mos later. POV I'm older than u guys & kinda agree with Kiona, I'm to the point now in my life that I probably wouldn't say anything to the new girlfriend & just let it play out however it's going to. Plus, for me now when I'm done I'm done not my business & let her figure it out on her own. So glad u both had amazing trips, but more excited that ur back.😁

I'm sorry, I don't think children under the age of 18 need to b at Coachella. I understand people like doing family things, but EVERY event isn't a FAMILY event. Sometimes I want to go places & not have children running under foot. My POV! Fun episode as always...love u gals!

Oh my goodness this video was SO helpful and encouraging! I am 33 and finishing up braces in the next few months and next step is veneers on my top teeth, as my teeth are still very small and undersized, so even though my bite will be fixed and teeth aligned, still have lots of gaps and teeth that just look too small for my mouth. I am so excited now after seeing your journey, so thank you so much for sharing!!! <3

I LOVED THIS!!! Very insightful. Much of it resignated. One thing Kiona said about telling everyone what really happened. (Ur truth) This actually happened to me with a cousin & she responded "oh, I don't know I wasn't there". I struggled with it for a long time & now I do agree with what Kiona said, basically the truth will come out if it's truly true what u said. And, I also do believe in KARMA. I believe u can't do bad things & get away with it & GOD can do way worse punishment than I can w/o going to jail. ❤ U 2!🫶

This brought back great memories for me at Easter. We did go to church, I would have to wear a Easter hat & patent leather Mary Jane shoes. We didn't do a Easter egg hunt that I can remember, but we always got a Easter basket. We didn't have a lot of money, but my mom & dad always made the holidays a big deal. I don't mean with gifts, but with decorations. Till today I'm single & decorating for holidays is my happy place. Hope u both have a Happy🐰Easter! See u in the next couple one...

Loved this podcast, as always very informative. I can totally relate to Kiona in the way that I'm annoyed by almost everything. ie her experience of the car incident 😤 & I always want to text someone something 🤣 I strive to be more unbothered, but I'm a work in progress. I'm so going to miss Kiona on the podcast when u move...

I'm learning very fast I'm not the target audience of this podcast lol. I can back the sponsor though. I suffered from years of self diagnosed insomnia and alcoholism. Being straight edge until I was 21 (yes cringe lmao) using THC/CBD really has not only reduced my consumption of alcohol, but it has increased my sleep time. Quality of sleep still isn't amazing, but it'll help you fall/stay asleep if you're stressed.

A piece of advice that I find really helpful is to take the time to prioritize taking care of yourself. I have had friendships where people treated me badly or did not value me at all. I was going through this when Kim was on I love a mama's boy and she broke up with Matt. She taught me that I shouldn't have to put up with people who don't care about my feelings, boundaries or is disrespectful to me. Thank you, Kim.

I love your unique content and love the conversation. It takes a lot of dedication and hard work to be consistent. I`m curious what motivates you to still be consistent? Do you have a specific plan?
