The chords are, Eb - Fm - Gm - Ab / Ab - Gm - Fm - Eb - Eb6. Play all these chords in their first inversions, starting just below middle C. Theres a few passing notes in the melody, but you'll just have to try and use your ear for those. Just cycle through those chords and you'll start to recognise the tune. The intro and outro is just Eb - Ab - Eb repeated a few times. For the left hand, just use the root notes of each chord in octaves. Listen to the original song to get a feel for the rhythm.

If you're just starting to learn piano, this song may prove to be too challenging for you, especially if you're not sure how to play different rhythms with each hand. If you don't have a teacher, there's lots of good videos on youtube that will help you understand rhythms in music. This song is in 4/4 time, which means 4 (crotchet) beats per bar. The left hand plays 2 notes(minims) per bar, and the right hand is playing 8 notes(quavers) per bar. In practice, this means the right hand is playing 4 notes for every note played in the left hand. As a beginner, it's a good idea to practice both hands separately before you try playing both hands together. If you use a metronome, or just count the beats 1 2 3 4, this is is the underlying pulse of the song. The left hand plays a note on beats 1 and 3. The right hand plays 2 notes on beats 1 2 3 4. To practice the left hand, count 1 2 3 4 and only play a note on beats 1 and 3. To practice the right hand, count 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. You play a note on every number and word. Hope this is helpful.
