A little inside on how to install a DVD player onto your car. Plug and play. No wire cutting, no messy soldering. Just unscrew the screws, plug the sockets in the right place, pust the stereo in and turn it on. Simple as that

Bro i am after 10 years watching your video thanks 😊 🙏🏻
My pleasure
hoodliner withstands 250* f ???
Yes it does. Wherever there is a slight gap and air enters, and because of the heat, it unglues, but i have glued it back, and is still there almost 6 years later without any discoloration. It's really good
The factory insulation you removed from that door trim has got better acoustic properties than that "Dynamat". In fact I sourced out that felt insulation, to acoustic insulate my vehicle, along with butyl and a similar product to that Dynamat, as density is the key when it comes to acoustically insulating. On the other hand the Dynamat will have slightly better thermal properties, though the differences will be negligible. Nevertheless keep up the good work👍
Thanks
In mine everything works except the sound, which makes a horrible noise whenever I try to play a song or any other sound. The radio doesn't play music either. The parking sensor sound works well. Where is the problem?
Thanks great video, it will help me for sure
how to shut down the engine? 🤔🤔
hello is it safe for the car to watch movies and the car is on but not walking ?
You van wach a movie in your car, if the car is stationary. If the engine is on for electricity and air condition, that's fine too. If you are driving and waching a movie at the same time and you make an accident, then you are at fault. It's just like using your phone when you drive. It's your responsibillity.
After installation android everything working well in the car? Electronic system? Air condition? Thx for answer. :)
After i have installed the new radio, everything is working except that a/c icon when pressed it was not opening. After contacting the suplier he provided me with a procedure that fix the problem, and it works just fine. I have no parking senzors, front or back or reverse camera. I think i might instal a camera, just for kicks. It works great. I hope if you decide to get one, you will enjoy it as much as i do. Have a good day
@@2006capricels what procedure he told u? Any advice?
@@KropaDance i do not recall the code he gave, but i had to go into the settings and find a particular setting and turn it on and that basicaly solved the problem. Do you have an issue with the stereo?
@@2006capricels icon of AC doesn’t work. I can’t regulate temperature and power of AC. And also I can’t see the regulations on screen.
@@KropaDance can you get in touch with the person or company that sold you the item and ask them for help in this matter?
Thanks man, you help us
Glad i coul'd help
You should not remove the original sound proof because it has better insulation
The reason i have decided to do, is because the original is either not there or it's bad. I personally believe the original is ever good unless you do it yourself.
Buna treaba
Mersi.
Sincer nu le as folosi in zonele unde mai intra apa. Cum ar fi in interiorul usilor. In interiorul masini da.
@@horiabass depinde cat de mari is bureti. Ai putea sai folosesti la plafon sau in portbagaj.
@@2006capricels Mersi. Citeam ca se folosesc si pe panourile portierelor sau in spatele boxelor. Le voi instala maine sa vad daca e vreo diferenta
Ha ha I was just thinking " wow, I like this guys voice and the tone of your presentation" no homo.... then you say. "I don't like the sound of my voice" lol Nice job on the sound deadening project.
Thank you
„This crap” absorbs sound. Your car was not soundproofed. It’s only vibration that was deadened. You have to go this way: - dampen vibration - absorb sound (soft and thick material - the crap you mentioned) - sound blocker - dense and heavy rubber based material. All three layers. On top of that - don’t ever put vibration mats on the hood - the sound will deflect and more noise will go into the cabin. PUR (polyurethane) mats are used to silence engine noise. Thinsulate 3M is what you need to absorb sound and echo. Actually all you did was wrong. Maybe better audio sound and some stiffer with no echo ride but nothing else. A real soundproofing gets you over 6-8 dB. I bet 1-2dB in your case is a maximum that you got.
No. The car was not soundproof. Soundproofing is done on expensive cars. Mine is the regular type. I doub't i have made a small difference. I bet i have done better then most and as a matter of fact, i believe i have achived more the 10 db in noise reduction. I am still not finished. I still have the driver and pasanger floor section to complete. Maybe when i am done we can met and you bring a decibel meter to measure the sound inside the cabin. Oh, and the hood liner is for temperature control.
how much did all of this dynamat cost you?
Aprox. 2000$
I bet it makes a massive difference though!
@@richcheema yes, it does. The cabin is quiet, the exhaust you almost cannot hear. It get cooler faster inside and more confortable. The car is a little heavier but worth it.
@@2006capricels Is it really 2006 Holden? While I respect your project that Dynamat was more than the car is worth...
@@deseremereHi. Yes it is. It was sold in the Middle East under the badge of Chevrolet. In Australia it was Holden Caprice, or Statesman. It's a great car
engine bay????????
I have done it only to the rear section of the engine. To do it right, you will have to pull the engine out. And that is a lot of work and money. Perhaps i will do it later.
You sound cool.
Thank you. You are kind :)
How did it turn out? How much was the difference in driving noise?
To be perfectly honest, i have not completed the front section of the passenger and driver floor, nor is the A/C working at this time to be able to check the noise or the thermal insulation. Personally i believe it is worth it. Still remains to be seen and proven, but i have great hopes.
thats good to know, feel free to keep me updated as im thinking of doing this to one of my older cars.
Sure thing.
