Thanks for sharing your experience with the 2 videos! Just got mine this week. Pulled some shot with the black basket and managed some good result. I learned that it is still essential to preheat the "thin" chamber extensively. I was able to get 92°C after 2-3 rounds of preheating with boiling water. After I dialed in the grind size I was also able to get the pressure to be around the desired range. I used 12g of lightly roasted beans (still espresso of course), got 30g liquid out and it tasted fine. I'll try filling the basket instead of weighing them and maybe some dark roast later.

Do you have a video on how to use the damn thing? 20 Page book didn't say where to put the pod in so I can figure that out but it doesn't say what kind of pod to use. Didn't even remember it was a pod machine... Do don't have pods yet:-( I Want to get a real one like yours

Tamper + distributor for 40..2 tools in one u spent 20 per function I’m all for saving money where ever possible but I also believe in u get what u pay for..spend budget prices get budget results..certain crucial tools like a tamper and distributor I wouldn’t try to budget on to much..have had my eye on an espresso maker like this..fellow coffee nerd here n loving the content

Hello Bro, I always miss your lives. I've got neo flex but previous version without pressure gauge and also I have DeLonghi ECP. What's yoir thought about new flair in comparison to DeLonghi? In my case I feel like Flair gives me coffee which has little crema in comparison to ECP, is more delight and weaker. Lately I wrecked piston and I'm thinking about buying new with pressure gaguge but I'm not sure if it is worth it or not. What's your overall feel, would you invest in flair if you've got second chance or do you use it for special occasions?

the pull was 1:11. was it not overextracted? i guess time and quantity both might yield over extraction? Some of the best pulls i have had were around 50 seconds, but "wisdom" would have it that that is way too long.
