I was thinking Sweeney Todd too, but the game refers to the Mad Barber, which is different from the Demon Barber. Funny how two separate countries happened to have similar horror stories in real life

No, based on what I've seen, you can't directly post a game's soundtrack on Spotify and make it public. You could have the game's soundtrack on your computer, import that onto Spotify, and have that be a private playlist for you to listen, but you can't make it public.

I don't recommend using this as bgm if whatever project you're working on is commercial because the music was apparently composed by SomaTone Interactive Audio, a company that specializes in creating video game audio. I doubt they would ever find their music was used and take action several years after this game's release (maybe some other companies would, but the company's members and clients have significantly changed over time), but again, to be safe, don't use it. Unless it's for something not that major like a public CZcams video with proper credits or a personal project, in that case I would say it's fine.
