I found out that southern greens, instead of cooking in water, cook them in chicken broth.

Anyone who has slap yo mama has to be good! Couple questions, after brine can that be dried off and soaked in Buttermilk? Do rinse the brine off? Seems like a bit too much salt. Now will that fry up just as good in a skillet? Thanks for sharing!

sorry to say this but the meat in that drumstick does not look like it's properly cooked white all the way through as it should be, i kinda knew that was gonna happen when i seen that chicken was still spitting out lot of moisture furiously just before you took it out,, you need to let it settle and go quiet and no longer bubbling hard, that is when you know the right amount of moisture is out and it is cooked well done white

you did not mention how much flour you used?

nice i too learned by paula deen to use self rising flour for chicken, don't think i seen anyone else using it but you after all these years looking at vids

Everything has changed for the worst. My dad has been hollering this for years especially the sage and poultry seasoning hes so pissed. Hes in his 80s and taught all 6 of us to cook. I have 4 bros and 1 sis. He has a large garden and 3 large yards that he still maintains all by himself. My granny used butter flavor all the time
