To share them with family and good friends means everything to me. I, too, experienced the same loss as you. I know what this hunt means to you, and you'll think about it and relive it until your last days. It will be emotional each time you sit back, close your eyes, and relive the hunt again. But you will be overwhelmed with joy knowing your dad came to you when you needed him to and blessed you with this beautiful trophy harvest. Congrats, my friend, I am so happy for you! I've got 75 wild turkeys on my property at any one time. They fight themselves in their reflection in my truck bumper for hours on end and poop all over my driveway. Not a very smart bird. I dont know anyone who has shot and eaten one that is overly excited about doing it again. I guess they aren't very good to eat, at least the PNW birds aren't.
