Dude, learn to edit your videos, way too long for the information you are trying to share, get to the point, and only show what is relevant. Way too much rambling and not getting to the essence of what viewers want to see.=, too much of the essential parts are out of focus as well. This should be a 5 minute video. For new viewers, skip the first 11 minutes.

My 2 devices do exactly the same. They DON'T connect. My insta360 x2 connected easily.

If you pluged the charger into the scooter first and then pluged in the wall you messed up your supposed to put it on the wall first so i think your charger is broken because the scooter sparked it and broke so all u need to do is buy a new charger Your welcome for the help

Thank you very much for your helpful video! I tried the Lumix repair tool first and it kept closing so I gave up on it. Then I tried the "video repair tool" by Grau which failed. Afterwards I tried the "untrunc" free app which also failed. I was getting super frustrated as I had 25 minutes from a wedding ceremony corrupt. Then finally I saw your video with the solution on how to prevent the Lumix repair software from auto closing and that fixed my video 100%. What an epic relief! Thanks again!

Having the same issue. My gps remote freezes on various screens too, have to power cycle. So after digging around in the internet , that gps action remote isn’t supported for the x4 yet, insta 36” claims they are working on an update soon but that was over a month ago. The other gps action preview remote is the one that works with the x4 and more price. I returned mine and got the one that works.

Could be a dead battery or a faulty charger or faulty charging port

I own both devices. agreed with you, pocket 3 is a better option for vlog, especially when walking around. just to add on, if using x4 for vlog, can use single lens mode for better picture quality, avoid walking to remove up and down movements. for both, use external mic is better option. and if at night/dark situation, just use pocket 3 for its larger 1" sensor quality. (the only alternatives to pocket 3 can only be acepro or other 1" sensor size phone camera like vivo x100 ultra or Xiaomi ultra14) paired with gimbal.

I have both ! :) in general I agree with you, I would pick the P3 1st, but! ...the 360 is also great because you don't have worry about framing your shot and you can really be creative in post. No question the P3 has better color & quality. But you can't get cool overhead shots and panoramics like the X4. Both have their place. The reason they're complementary is they can share accessories! Same tripods, selfie sticks, AND! both can use the DJI mic 2. I like having both and the 2nd one will fit in the same bag. (Unlike larger body cameras)
