Nice work buddy!! Ive got a couple of td hypers - they're good rods!! Hows your electric motor going ? Ive been looking at getting that brand as my boat was stolen a few weeks ago unfortunately my basic insurance didn't my old minn Kota i pilot.
Thanks, mate. Yeah, it's a good motor; it meets all the basic needs. My only real issue with it is that only the remote has the Spotlock function. You can fish fine with just the foot pedal, but you won't have Spotlock. I would recommend the nav sensor as well; it made a big difference.
You did alot of huffing and puffing catching that barra. I think I'll stick to trees and catfish. Lol . DAD😊😮

Cheers, mate, it can be a tough place to fish. You really need to pay attention to the wind direction to find the fish some times
Perrrrvvyyy nice meterie! What rod and reel setup would you recommend to chuck in the back on the 4wd to do some river fishing?
Depending on what you're aiming to catch and your budget, I use a Shimano Raid 7ft travel rod and a 4000 Stradic. However, there are plenty of other good, cheaper brands if you just want to grab something that will help you catch fish while camping.
@@wonkydogfishing Will have a google of those ones, yeah was more just looking for a cheaper option for now just to get the feel for fishing again. Yeah just for river fishing while camping when pulled up next to one.

Very nice catch. I Normally fish sth of Bris Rv area but l am heading to Redcliffe tomorrow in my PA14 for a recon fish. I know the wind is a bit high. I Normally fish a similar style to yourself being troll and SPs for Snapper and FH. Any suggestions where to start

I can't remember the tide. But I was using shanleys 3.75 paddles Holt crabs and atomic hardbodys
