I believe her drug of choice was Vicodin. Did you see the prescriptions in her record? She had multiple opiates and escalating. Ambien, had she taken it late at 3am she’s still under it’s influence 900am. That in its self is a risk and variable behaviors. Shed be more in control when on opiates and not as impaired. I don’t think alcohol is that appealing to her for that reason. At least a semi-monthly RX, plenty to be dependent on opioids. Drs still handed them out in 2009. Strange it wasn’t brought up but overlooked. She wouldn’t like losing control. Opiates dont affect equilibrium. Id like to see her pharmacy records, closest pharmacies to home and work. I think the answers to that morning are somewhere in her pills. Possibly opiate withdrawals that morning, which are horrible. Nausea, pain, gastro. Even a uncomfortable bowel movement en route because she’s in withdrawal, may wanted her own bathroom, or she had a refill ready at the pharmacy. She couldve been fine all weekend and having 3rd and 4th day withdrawals, hurting. It would explain so many things out of character. She wasn’t a complainer but a control freak that always had pain. 1 Symptom of Opiate dependent person. She hated pain and won’t get her teeth fixed, she will medicate herself Though. The 7-11 seemed a futile errand, she didn’t expect to find her fix, not that she asked for opiates, she expected to be disappointed, rejected, practically walking out the moment she walked in. She’s just going through the motions to fix her problem but gave herself permission to medicate with was convenient. She would “over do it” being 2nd & 3rd drugs of choice because they won’t fix her. She’s trying to feel better as soon as possible. She likely took 3 gulps, 2 after the market and 3rd last stop. Just to get it down but they were likely equivalent to 3 shots each. Ive done something similar to get the effect immediately and ended up black out. She may have smoked for withdrawals nausea and vomiting, it’s the best thing for it. She’s not suicidal unless became so on the ride home, she just ordered recital tickets a few hours away. For the 3. She’s not suicidal she’s type A. If she took 3 measured shots, not that I condone drinking and driving or suggest anyone do so, she’s a big girl she probably would’ve been fine, Im not excusing her from responsibility or suggesting anyone drive after 3 shots, she could’ve faired better measured. Theoretically. Don’t drink and drive nor with Opiate withdrawals. Shes Driving like a disinhibited drug fiend, not a conscientious PTA Mom. If she had Vicodin that morning, she wouldn’t have substituted her pain meds. All these behaviors explained.
all about the use of the” f-word”, and i mean that. I quite enjoy cussing myself. we’re all adults.
Piss in pot -> give pot to people who need piss for production-> profit meagerly I think it was also instituted as a safety net in Ancient Rome and some other places to give the poorest people some kind of income. It was used in the manufacture of early gunpowder or explosives aswell
Hilarious, making fun of the names of guys killed by a drunk driver. You guys are fucking clowns.
You are getting a ton of the facts wrong. This is a waste of time.
The lawyer with Danny was Dominic Barbara, and he is a divorce lawyer, not a criminal lawyer. That is very telling
Love your standup sir!
Interesting to keep an eye on, Todd
Crackheads and methheads still surprise people I see
Tweakers Love, nonferrous metals!!!!!
That guy was ridden hard, and put up wet. 😮
They confused the statue for a civil war statue .
Honestly, as a responsible gun owner, these are the kind of fucking people that don't need to have guns. 😂
This just shows how police academies are training cowards. They brainwash these punks into believing that everyone is the enemy.
Acearns in Fla is big, they coulda both been killed 😮
The female cop needs to resign as well
Also claimed he was hit and belly crawled acrossed the street
Thats the most pussy shit ive ever heard of.
That man in the picture looks like he’s in he’s 60’s! Just say no to drugs people!
Someone needs to find where this was and verify that tree produces any nuts at all. Acorns come from oak trees, and that doesn't look like an oak tree to me.
The oak trees in Washington State look exactly like that.
Nervs
If Will Ferrel was a cop in a movie. “Are you hit?”” I don’t know but my legs feel weird”. Ma’am that’s the pee running down your legs.
Thanks for the video
Just so you know and inform with the whole story. The girl friend showed the police how her boyfriend was threatening to kill her with a suppressed glock and showed the officers the picture. The guy showed up while police were there interviewed the girlfriend he didn’t have her car so therefore it was reported stolen and he was in possession of it so he was detained and put in the police car was not searched. You obviously have no experience with suppressors and subsonic rounds.
If the cops put him in the car without searching him that's a huge fuck up on that officer. Not to mention this cop mag dumped while barrel rolling and pretending to be shot making his partner dump her rounds into he car too.
Just so you know the whole story, the cop thought he was hit in his torso and said his legs gave out under him. The cop is a liability and shouldn't have been on the job
👍👍👍@@bryanreilly4117
Oh please dude...
@@bryanreilly4117 police do it all the time it’s called being detained not arrested. I’m not saying the officer was in the right or wrong but I understand. But I encourage you to watch the whole encounter.
No charges filed and another officer opened fire also….
Dude that trigger happy doesn’t need to be carrying a firearm.
If you watch the whole video, you’ll understand. The boyfriend was threatening to kill his girlfriend. She showed the cops, a picture of him with a Glock with a suppressor in her car that he stole threatening to kill her with it. Then you’ll find out he wasn’t searched before being put in the police car just detained and he went to go get them out of car to search. Suppressor with a subsonic round. It can sound like a few noises. That’s if you have experience with it.
@@jacobcoffman7926like a every day cop has extensive training with a suppressor or silencer whatever bootlicker go ahead and justify murder because the cop was too stupid to search him lol jbtp
Damn, if this doesn't help explain what these officers go through
@km he's a rookie...hasn't gone through anything
You sound braindead.
You sound braindead.
Go be a deputy
Why don't you go be a deputy? This dumb deputy said he got hit in the torso and lost control of his legs. It was FEAR. He shouldn't have been on the job.
Two Tier Justice. So people who actually shoot people do not get charged with attempted murder. But this guy does.
😮
Melted down your brain cells with that 8ball wrong type of sport buddy
Totally agree
As a kid I looked up to him I did a bunch of school reports on him when I had to do school projects they need to go to jail around the right people and the jail will take care of them
Yeah dude! You can't be attacking judges in the courtroom, I'm sorry you're going to have to wait until you get them in the back alley.😅
He's being charged with attempted murder because he told police he wanted to kill her
He had just gotten out of prison
Him losing his temper certainly wasn't worth it 😮
Blm
Yeah civilian would never get a charge like that on a perpetrator, only princesses
Hell yea!
Well he just turned a little four or five years sentence into a 50 or 60 years sentence but he can't help himself it's obviously the white man's fault because he's so oppressed
Hope everyone gets the message because making jokes when you're sentencing another humans life maybe isn't the best idea.
Jokes on him.
This a vary stupid statement. You're imply that it's the judge's fault for almost being murdered by a complete phycopath
Great breakdown, it's almost like this guy is a former marine or retired police detective or something
So I have listened to a bunch of podcasts about this case and this is my favorite one! Thanks for not telling us what happened step by step. Each podcast actually walks you through the timeline before they comment on it and it drives me nuts because obviously I watched the documentary. Anyway, I loved all the points you made. Very honest and also funny.
😂😂 I randomly wanted to know while getting baked
That stuck out with me too. Why didnt follow each other. I feel she was definately a closet alcoholic. Maybe with the pot she wss so drunk & stoned that she lost sight of reality.
😮
The sister in law states Diane smoked weed "to relax, for sleep" & would drink "once the children were in bed". Work colleagues have stated she was a regular at bars near her work & was unhappy in her marriage. Danny worked nights so possibly didnt know she was a high functioning alcoholic . Her tooth issue was a year prior when they went through her medical records, on screen, in the doc. The autopsy found no new tooth issue & 10 units of alcohol + weed. The weed having been consumed within 1.5 hours of the crash, so, that means en route, while driving or at her 4 stopping points ( McDonalds, a gas station, a stop to throw up roadside , a stop to call her brother). No ambien or anything else was found. I think she was hungover, maybe had a migraine too, hence the vision problems & looking for pain relief at the gas station. She added vodka to her Macdonalds oj which didnt help. She did the weed because apparently it helps with nausea. People saw her bent over throwing up twice. She was incoherent when she spoke to her brother, repeatedly calling him by her husbands name, then left her phone on the roadside barrier & drove away , despite him saying "stay put I will come get you". Then she drank more. Then she was blackout drunk, which explains the witnesses who say she was staring serenely ahead while driving in a straight line, the wrong way, for 2miles. Edit: on scene at the crash , a smashed vodka bottle was in the passenger footwell next to the drivers seat.
I have listened to lots of different podcasts on this. I have never heard that her work colleagues say she was a regular at the bar? Has anyone else heard that
@@user-dr6ej8bg8m I've seen it mentioned in 2 different documentaries. Not the main 1.5hr documentary .
It's a freak accident unless she had a history of DUIS.... Otherwise let her rest in peace.....
There is so much incorrect information in this video, it's mind-boggling. The campground was 2 1/2 hours from their home so your timeline is way off.
