Trying to hold my people together and myself from a battered mindset. Wishing the woman I loved was here beside me. Taking strides to lead , but can’t seem to lead my mind out of this rut. Baby steps I suppose. Loving yourself is never easy people. It’s hard to forget the missteps with people , jumping the gun to attempt to reach for the life you’ve been praying for. Every day I’m reminded of the holes in my unlucky skin.

In the late 60s I went to a concert in Devinshire Downs in LA. I saw that the Saint Marie, Jimmy Hendrix call Janis Joplin. I actually Cantel size your tent. Listen to who she talk to and enjoyed some southern comfort with her. I will never forget the conversations we had and the memories of that night. Oh to go back there one more time.

I stumbled across this video bout 5 yrs ago...then I became obsessed with the musical madness that flows through ol Shakey!🎵 Happy I turned other people onto him...including my grandson ..sings every word, he's two!
