    Is it logical to use bltouch with such high temp enclosures?We are considering to buy this printer.From my previous experiences with bl touch,ı can say bltouch sensors has really high errors at high temps.

    1. You dont need 9085 for that its overkill PC or ASA is fine 2. your overhangs are terrible 3.you do realize that part is like 200$ and it should be 40$ 4.why dont you do mechanical testing on the parts you print... 5. what is the density of this 9085? Specific gravity 1.26?

      Hi,Friend. 1.Using 9085 is the requirement of aviation customers, because they need a material that meets FST certification, we just print it. 2.I don't quite understand what you mean about the overhangs. We are willing to send you samples to let you check. 3.The cost of pei9085 is indeed higher than that of PC or ASA, but customers can greatly reduce the cost by using our 3D printing scheme, because we are offering discounts to aviation enterprises. 4.As for mechanical properties and density, our TDS has a detailed description.       We tested the retraction and still performed well, although it is not as good as the retraction of silk printing.

I'm not sure if this is right but it's smth about creating a vaccum in the heater section which then also retracts the molten plastic in the nozzle?

      @@sticky_ricebowl I'm not sure on their process but in a filament based pulling back on the filament just lowers the pressure in the melt zone, once youre down where the filament is melting its a liquid in both. So as long as you stop applying pressure the effect would be the same

      Although 500mm / S is feasible, we prefer to increase the layerness to shorten the printing time.

      @@iemai3d guys take a look at klipper firmware for 3d printers, take a look at input shaper. Move on with speed and acceleration. We been there for 10 years without any significant improvement. Half a meter is the goal because printing must be at project speed, not waiting days to realized that there was an error and the piece is to throw away
