      Fry in low heat for 1 1/2 minutes each side a total of 3 to four minutes and it's done the inside colour will be white because of chicken if you like colour then add 1 teaspoon of dark soya sauce it will mimik colour of red meat but will not change the taste at all one tip from me add 1 egg to the cutlet mixture and don't dip in egg after applying bread crumb and deep fry you'll get crispy crunchy cutlet I make them like this

    लेकिन एक बात है की गुथे हुए आटे से रोटी बनने में इससे कम / आधे से भी कम समय लगता है। और इतने गीले आटेमे सेकने में समय ज्यादा लगता है , इसमें गैस ज्यादा जलती / लगती है यह समस्या है ? अभी आगे चलकर सोलर बिजली के चूल्हे आनेवाले है तभी अच्छा रहेगा ।
