Polishing Plastic - Diamond, Flame, Laser, Buff
To achieve a clear as glass finish, a variety of polishing options are available: Diamond; Flame; Laser; Buff. The finish is ideal for display, point of sale scenario’s and where aesthetic appeal is paramount. Using various sized/thick Perspex acrylic sheets, we display the results of our in-house capabilities.
Diamond Polishing:
Placing the Perspex block carefully into position, our Diamond Polisher removes the rough edges of the substrate.
Flame Polishing:
One of our skilled fabricators manual draws the flame across the substrates surface, thus removing the unwanted matt layer.
Laser Polishing:
As the laser cuts the material a crystal clear finish is left straight away. Odd shapes can be achieved using this process.
Buffing:
Another manual process which only enhances the finish of any polished plastic.

I gave up. I can’t make correct project to make that kind of box.. corners are not aligned after bending. I use 3mm router bit and 135 degree grooving bit. I dont know what do I have to do with my projekt Please help. Could you share your project in pdf file?
Drawing a cut file is simple. But instead having a join on side I'm doing a join in corner on a edge. 3mm router bit and 90 degree v dibond folding tool ( or 6mm ball nose router bit) . More info on priv if you are still interested . pasp@onet.eu

+DJ LIGHT Our pleasure. Yes the back box is smaller, usually we allow for 15mm on the length and width and 10mm for depth. This can vary for more bespoke jobs though.

+Linneydenise Thank you for your message. If you had the right tooling and equipment this is possible, however it would be better to contact a local signmaker to produce and install.
