The left cry get rid of guns🤔 maybe it’s because they know they themselves are too unstable to have them! School shooters were left thinking people the nursing home shooter left also the mall shooter same! Now why do they claim the right are violent. Remember the right wasn’t the one burning down everything in 2020! So maybe instead of getting rid of all guns just stop letting leftist have them

The angle grinder I bought is 12krpm but the demon disc is 13280rpm. Is this safe or dies the disc need to be less than 12krpm since the grinder maxes out at 12k?

Dude! Thanks for the tip. I was using a wire wheel on the grinder and was aggressive enough to remove the layers of paint and old primer. (That old primer is a bitch to get to get back to bare wood. Bought the layered grinder wheel you’re using and happened to be on sale. World of difference but you gotta be gentle on old wood. Anyway thanks for the short video. Would like to know what you’re going to seal your deck with?

Thanks for making this video. I just got done sanding a 577 square foot deck that had 3 coats of paint and is 27 years old. Needless to say, paint stripper, pressure washing and hand sanding didn't work AT ALL. I ran through about 7 of the 7 inch 60 grit Diablo disks but it made the job possible. I will say because how thick the paint was the disks would only last about an hour (10 boards), but the results are great. Thanks again for taking the time to share a good tip. 👍

I am also team angle grinder for removing paint. Though I think stripping chemical gels are not all bad. They probably won't get 100 percent off. Plus sometimes you only want to strip the deck and not the railing or siding. And I worry about using the stripping gel in that situation

As the disc fills with paint residue, if you hit some steel edges with it, it will clean it out. You can get 1inch thick discs from fastenal by the case of 10 at $5.50 per disc if you ask. Their brand, Bridgestone i believe

I just discovered this myself after much trial and error. Stripped the paint off my fiance's deck. Went through many different types of discs until I discovered the sandpaper flap ones work best. They last all day whereas the others lasted about 15 minutes. Plus the flap disc's are cheaper.

I'm using an 11k rpm grinder with recommended flap disc and its creating circular burn marks...tried keeping super light touch, different angles, movements etc...no change. If I use a lower rpm grinder would that keep the wood from getting burn marks? Hard enough getting the paint off, don't want to have to spend more time getting out burn marks somehow...
