Just curious what vinyl are your using to print on?
It depends on the job. We like Substance RS-275 for flat signs.

Yes I have. If you cut your laminate to size it will work. A roll laminator works better because you can do longer lengths.

Loved your comment that "signmaking - it's not easy". You are right. I wish every sign making video shared how much material they screwed up to get to the point of "doing it once". :)
