Endemic Birds of South Western Australia
Not surprisingly Western Australia, being so remote, has 18 endemic species of birds. In this video I highlight 16 endemic species, it being considered bad practice to interact in any way with the critically endangered Western Ground Parrot and the Noisy Scrub Bird was heard, briefly seen but not imaged.

I love the corellas, they're such clowns. I have a school oval behind my house & when I walk past I often see them rolling around on the grass wrestling like kids! Or I've seen them hanging by one foot swinging from the wires, their so entertaining!

Very nice to be of some help. The main purpose of my videos is to feature the beauty and variety of Australian birds in motion rather than the plethora of photographs of birds on the internet( and I have over 1600 on Flickr). The videos are not intended to be a documentary about each bird and their specific features but it is very pleasing that someone doing research can gain some use. I intend to put together part two of Australian Honeyeaters shortly, the main issue always being that although I have photographed over 560 species of Australian birds, I have only more recently started videoing them and It will take a long time to find some of the rarer and hard to find species in very remote locations all over again.@@brettg1777
