Holy moly, I was there with them. Skied the same run with Kip Garre (RIP). We were all hoping he wouldn't ski back into the sluff, and once he went off the cliff. I thought for sure he was a goner. At the bottom I told him as such, and he said "me too." Definately the biggest crash I've ever seen first hand.
