حضرت حسین بن علی کو کوفہ آنے کی دعوت کس نے دی اور کس لۓ دی؟ حضرت زینت بنت علی کی گواہی : اے اہل کوفہ تمہارے ہاتھ قطع کئے جائیں تم پر ہلاکت ہو تم نے کس جگہ گوشہ رسول کو قتل کیا اور کن پروردگان اہل بیت کو بے پردہ کیا کس قدر فرزندان رسول کی تم نے خونریزی کی اور حرمت کو ضائع کیا۔ {جلاء العیون مجلسی اردو، صفحہ ۵۰۳) ام کلثوم بنت علی کی گواہی : ’’اے زنان کوفہ تمہارے مردوں نے ہمارے مردوں کو قتل کیا اور اہل بیت کو اسیر کیا پھر تم کیوں روتی ہو‘‘۔ (جلاء العیون، صفحہ ۵۰۷) امام زین العابدین نے کوفیوں سے کہا: کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ تم نے میرے باپ کو خط لکھے تھے؟ اور تم نے ان سے عہد و پیمان کئے تھے؟ اور تم نے ان کو دھوکہ دیا اور تم نے ان کے ساتھ لڑائی کی اوران کی مدد چھوڑ دی؟ تم کس آنکھ سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف دیکھو گے کہ وہ تم سے یہ کہہ رہے ہوں گے: تم نے میری عترت (اولاد) سے لڑائی کی اور تم نے میری حرمت کو پائمال کیا، تمہارا میری امت سے کوئی تعلق نہیں۔(الاحتجاج،10/2)

That period is if wife is keep living in her ex-husband's house for the defined period. But I think you are confused. The RECONSIDERATION is bilateral that is its not on thy will of husband only but the wife has to be agreed also. So when a divorced woman marry with other person it means she doesn't want to reconsider, Hope you get your answer
