I have a 2011 gsxr600. I got my muffler and mid yesterday and the mid pipe doesn't fit the muffler. So I might have to do some custom work. Thanks for the response. Much appreciated.

You are right, now that am gaining its more difficult but few people i know say soak it for 12hrs lol and soak it then used it till it gets some grooves in to those tight places, lesson learned from this custom suits, needs extra cm. Good luck and ride safe!

It’s a custom made suit, I’m about to break that in to get loose a bit, but I will try to soak in the water loosen. 😅

Yes I recommend changing spark plugs as well And coils, get oem parts instead of a after market. I remember when the first time this happen to me I scan for codes And its telling me that i have turbo issue.. which is not. Goodluck!
