Best Core Workout With Swiss Ball | core workout || stability || Strengthening
Here are some best exercises with Swiss ball that will help you to improve your whole body strength, whole body stability and train your core muscles. These exercises also fasten your fat metabolism and help in reduction of extra fatty deposition from various areas of body like abdomen, thighs, back, chest, shoulders and arms. These all exercises should do 8 - 10 repetitions ×3 sets in 2 - 3 times per week. There are following exercises with Swiss ball:

I would recommend to drive a stick shift vehicle as a daily for about a year (I'm serious)
I've been driving stick shift for 10+ years. And my left leg is precisely where I got my first varicose vein. 😂 so that doesn't work 😅

When you do continuous standing or prolong walking, then you should wear. If you use stockings for long time it will prevent fully contraction and lead to muscles weakness due to non use fully contraction
