Can this be modified to only take a prepaid card that we give individuals? The only reason why I’m asking is because I’m trying to set up a vending machine for homeless individuals to get supplies
These terminals usually can be set up in the way where they block credit cards, but that doesn't prevent anyone from using bank cards since both prepaid and bank cards usually are debit cards.

I got nayax but their service is pathetic.. they dont know anything and I am not able to make it work with teh machine and it is loosing business daily! There is so bad documentation for them as well.. Is this something u do better
Theft on MM is beyond anything we want to deal with....YES it exists, and is more than you anticipate. A huge company we work with does a lot of micro markets, and they say the theft is just ridiculous

How do you handle theft? What prevents someone from just taking a product and walking out?
Hello! Micro markets are an honor system, so some theft is expected. Most operators report losses of about 3% monthly, which still leads to a profitable market. Minimizing theft really depends on choosing a secure location (white collar workplaces, manufacturing facilities, etc.)

Parlevel is a trash ass vending machine. Don't use your funds they will take it. Wouldn't recommend these at all

How do you set up the direct deposit for the reader to go to the bank account?
Setting up direct deposit is part of our onboarding process. Simply provide us a few materials, like a voided check, and we can set everything up for you!

Two simple tips that can help greatly. One, keep everyone in set team areas and don’t move people around. If you cross train people, it’s only needed so in order to cover an area if someone’s out for the day. Otherwise moving people around during the day to day will screw up the operation big time. Two, set fair and reasonable shift schedules. Don’t start too late or too early, whether it’s morning, swing, or graveyard shifts. Also, try setting up the two breaks first followed by lunch before the shift end. This will improve accuracy and efficiency.

What if I decided to grab the whole row?
The fridge detects which products were picked up, and it charges the customer accordingly. If you take a whole row of product, you get charged for a whole row of product.
