Yeah, that commercial has a bunch of goofy pot heads trying to act like normal people to sell something in the market place. They are no more then sleezy drug addicts disguising their disgusting high addiction as medicine. The majority of America is still good and virtuous people. Consumer cellular customer service is absolutely below standard. My wife is a customer and just got a new phone from them. They can not get her switched over and have turned off her original phone 203 times now but can not get the new phone working. She has to borrow my phone to work with them each time they turn her off. She is going to have several hours of her time in this before they can figure out how to switch a phone they sold her a year or so ago to the new one the just sold her. You would think this would be a piece of cake but for them it's a nightmare, at least it is for the customer. I'm a retird IT manager so this is unbelievable to me.
One of my friends who has a flip phone, that is on my plan wants to have the old fashion brick phone.. I agree sometimes with them.
