I think your voice could work, but you need to work on your pacing and intonation. In your performance, you add a lot of unnatural, unnecessary inflections and pauses (the pauses are especially noticeable) that aren't written into the text you're reading. This is especially evident in the 'razor blades in the heart' line. I'm not saying to read it flat, but that you should think harder about what the line is actually saying, practice it (and memorize it) in that way, and (as stupid and basic as this sounds) 'say it like you mean it'. A tip from me is to get yourself into the headspace that Scott is supposed to be in while speaking this line. Beginners and intermediates to voice acting often add inflections and pauses to act emotional or realistic, but it ends up portraying a very fakey, generalized version of 'emotion'. When you get into character (headspace), know what your lines mean (memorization and rehearsal), and let the lines come out 'naturally' (It's not magic, just faith in what you've practiced), the performance ends up a lot more believable, and your inflections are a lot more real. If you want to chart your progress, record yourself and listen back to it the next day, or even two days later. You'll be able to hear what I mean and it should become easier to recognize and fix from there. Good luck!

I kind of like this voice for Scott, it isn't as awkward as the live action movie but a bit more tone downed from the anime. If anything this might be the closest to Scott being someone from my friend group. I also want to ask what was the goal with this performance did you want to capture Scott insecure nerdiness like the movie or his oblivious himbo energy from the comics. Either way I think yo got something here, I am not a voice actor so I don't know if I'm qualified to critique but if you wish to improve I'd like to see you tackle more of Scotts emotional range. Like how would this take react during funny or dramatic moments.
