How does it feel to loose every single person that was once close to you? I'm not much of an expressionist, I didn't have many friends to speak of, nor do I was much closer to my family members... though there were some persons that Time brought to my life. They became very close & special to me that, I started relaying on them for my happiness. A foolish mistake, knowing that Time can take away these people from me. So it did one by one I lost everysingle of those precious persons. Now I wonder if I was at fault for not expressing more of my emotions towards them? Or that I relayed so heavily that they got tired of me? To say the truth, I'm a mess & without knowing where this loneliness going to endup taking me... I just wish for a bit of consideration from God, if he exists. I want to ask for a reason, for what I'm suffering? Why is it that I deserve this life? And why isn't it ending?

2 years later and I’m still desperate for the 3rd game😪. TLOU2 was a masterpiece and I know it explored extremely dark themes and people didn’t agree with the certain decisions, but imo it changed gaming as a whole. The story is probably one of the deepest stories ever made for a video game, the way you’re forced to hate a character so much because of such a sad event they caused, but then learn to love them by the end of the story is incredible. It’s how I first discovered TLOU and I hadn’t ever played or heard of the first game when playing, yet I cried just as much as someone who knew the characters for the 7 years they already existed. Naughty Dog did us proud with this

This version of the song breaks me every time....like bravo to Joels voice actor for singing this with so much passion. Like I can feel every bit of heartache,regret, and love in Joels voice when he sings this to Ellie. Joel wasnt a bad person,but he did what he had to in order to survive and did what he did to Abbys father out of love. Was it the wrong move? Debatable.The first game is summed up imo as "doing bad things for the people you love" while the second game is summed up as "revenge isnt worth it"

One of the greatest games I’ve ever played. This one and the first. It was like I lost a loved one in real life when Joel died. I went through so many emotions playing this game, from Ellie’s stand point and then seeing Abby’s side. Joel was a great father figure to Ellie and to him she was a daughter. This game is amazing. I’ve beaten it atleast 10 times since it first came out. I always find myself going back to it!

I know we all know the original song, but I like to create a different version in my mind. Imagine this…. The cordyceps infection usually takes hold within “a day or 2” at which point the original person is “gone” and their mind becomes corrupted by the fungus. I like to think of this as a sad love song between a man who knows his days are counted - and the one he never confessed his love to. Knowing he now has nothing to lose, but regret for all those missed moments in the past…. He finally decides to approach her and “talk the day away” being “odds and ends” (nerves or anxiety) “stumbling through words” realizing it’s never better to be safe than sorry. He’s essentially asking her to try, for 1 day or 2 - to love him, before he is gone forever.

Although Joe's death was painful, I think it's still the best game in my mind. In fact, Ellie finally let go of The hatred in her heart, just as Rick said in The Walking Dead: “My mercy prevails over my wrath.”
