Unconstitutional! Plain and simple! This is an abuse when people are falsely accused, abused by public officials and doped up by order by corrupt officials.

Education is the most important part of all citizens. All this crap about confining alleged criminals is an injustice. I've lived through abusive litigation and fraud in criminal court by the DA, Psych employees and it was to steal my clean record for a pedophile! Literally! Education on civics is the number issue in the United States!

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share my story and humbly ask for your assistance during a time of great need. Years ago, Hurricane Florence devastated North Carolina, leaving a path of destruction in its wake. My home was severely impacted, with two large trees falling on it. While I was fortunate to receive some initial aid from the state, the struggle to maintain and repair my home has been an ongoing battle. I am a 44-year-old man living with a 60-plus-year-old disabled roommate. Together, we have done everything in our power to keep our trailer livable, but our efforts are no longer enough. Our home is deteriorating rapidly, and we are in dire need of help. The roof has been compromised, making it difficult to regulate the temperature and increasing our energy bills significantly. Our air conditioner has been broken since the hurricane, adding to our discomfort and hardship. We replaced the front door, but the back door remains broken and inaccessible. Fighting off mold and trying to replace damaged parts of our home has become an overwhelming and costly challenge. As our trailer continues to age under these harsh conditions, we are facing growing health concerns. Life has become increasingly difficult and expensive, and we are reaching a breaking point. We desperately need help to make our home safe and livable again. Any assistance, whether financial support, resources, or expertise, would make a tremendous difference in our lives. It is with a heavy heart that I share our story, but it is time to ask for help. We are struggling and cannot continue on this path alone. Your support would not only provide immediate relief but also restore hope and stability to our lives. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any help you can offer. Sincerely, fenogood@gmail.com

May I ask if the Agency has maintained records as to the 'callouts' I participated in as a member of the Emergency Management Response Team of the Adult Probation Parole Agency 1999-2012? I had assumed that the tremendous effort our Agency put forth would be recorded and maintained to show our efforts. I am not asking for my individual callouts, just the list of locations and dates of the callouts. My daughters recently became curious about the Teams activities, thank you.

This is why you pull off the shoulder, and even drive with your flashers on to notify the police you're not "running" from them, but wait to pull over into a parking area that's safe for both of you. This protects the officer and yourself from potential dangers.

I still remember. My ex husband worked for Ryder Integrated Logistics, and it took him 7.5 to 8 or more hours to get from Tarboro to Raleigh. Even some of the cell phones didn't work due to cell towers being compromised. We had to stay home for more than 3 weeks, due to trees in the roadways, and holes that blocked traffic both ways, so you Had to stay home. I still to this day believe the number of deaths were Way more than they stated, due to some of the 18 wheelers were full of people that drowned, the Tarboro hospital morgue was full, there were Refer trucks on Anaconda Road, full of people that were drowned they had to keep cold. It was like you were on an island with No way out... President Bill Clinton came and visited us in Tarboro, and had a long heart to heart talk and said if there's Anything that we can do for you, just ask. St. James Street was a Complete disaster, due to the creek coming from the Tar River had flooded that part of town, and you couldn't get to Main Street that way. Also, East Tarboro was Almost completely flooded. We had roads in Edgecombe County that had holes that you had to Find a way to Get to Tarboro to get water, ice, food, and try to locate your family. No electricity for over a month. So yes, That was a Very hard time. There are More things that happened, there were bad smells coming from the Tar River, due to the dead in caskets floating, the dead livestock floating, and some people as well, All floating in the Tar River in Tarboro. If Anyone wants to know how it is to live through a flood, just ask. I'll tell you, even if I still cry about it...

I was only 7 during Floyd but remember it like it was yesterday. The water woke us at night while in bed, it had seeped through the doors and windows and when we woke, it was knee deep for me at the time but once we gathered to the front door trying to open it....the pressure was so great it took some time to finally get it open working against the strength of the water. We opened the door and the water came pouring in so fast it almost knocked my mom's balance off....we made it out the door and the water came to the adults chest and we had to get on their backs while they walked across the street to high grounds .... A current of some sort something like a pull came and my mom's so lost grip of my 5 yr old sister and she went under for a few seconds but he was able to reach down and thankfully pull her up and back onto his back....I always wonder about the experience of others with this storm even with all these years that have passed I can never forget hurricane Floyd and the impact and change it made to so many lives. The old street I lived on no longer exists just the markings from the driveways and the big trees that sat in the yards and provided shade, and fun times with friends and family. I hope all is well, didn't mean for the long post 😊
