First of all that's he didn't let it warm up enough, second of all not enough snow. That's y he blew it up....kid you don't belong on a snowmobile if you don't know how to take care of one.
Guys, do not let your 2 strokes warm up for 10 effing minutes. Its nit a car, and even cars only need a minute.
Ten minutes is on the extreme long end. If it's not below zero a few minutes is usually good. You should ALWAYS let them warm up though. The pistons expand before the cylinders do so if you don't let them both get a little warm at least you will blow your engine. That's not what happened here, but it happens all the time with noobs.
You did nothing wrong, you git sold someones oroblem. A fan cooled doesnt need s bunch of snow for heat exchangers. I hav bought some nice snowmobiles that have turned out to need a cylinder rebuild. Effing people. I bet it 2ae teetering witg low compression, you definately got a bad deal. Looks great though.

Don't Rev or take off right away after it starts, always let the warm up, and never ride them if there's not enough snow. I can bet you over heated it. And fried the piston.
Snow has nothing to do with air cooled motor they suck air from out side

Got mine from a friend for free it wasnt running. I put an ebay carb on it and have been running it for years. They are great bikes.

If you don't have your own place to ride then you shouldn't own four wheelers and dirt bikes just my opinion. Whoever gave them permission obviously didn't have the right to give them permission. Kids nowadays think they can do whatever they want and not get into trouble. If they had been on my land I would of pressed charges on them and their parents that's the only way they will learn it's not right to trespass on someone else's land
I find that incredibly insensitive and extreme for an obvious misunderstanding. A first time offence? If it was a 2nd or 3rd yeah. But pressing charges because of a misunderstanding? I get its private property, but they are just kids, and an adult gave them permission. The adult should be confronted and the kids informed, if it continues, then press charges. And as far as if you dont have property, that's vastly unfair to all the people who love to ride but dont have the luxury of living in a rural area. There are public lands and "race tracks" that allow people to ride for that very reason. And speaking from personal experience, Property lines in rural areas can be very confusing if there is not a fence or road separating it. And private property signs arent always the most visible things in the world, especially if they are ancient and have been hanging up for 20+ years. Just give the kids a chance.

When this happens pour some gas where the spark plugs go about a spoonful this is a novice rider thinking its broken also let your sleds warm up for about 5 minutes before heading out

@@ripsaw5003 I bought mine for under $1000 and haven’t put anything in it besides oil and gas. Ive never had any problems with it accept for the pull cord snapping.

I put it in the garage and it started up next time to went to ride. Rode it for the rest of the season and sold it

It’s pulling bc it’s a four wheel drive and they constantly rotate so it doesn’t get stuck in mud and can climb, if you pay attention it says, “Kawasaki Bayou 300 4x4”
chase callaway no you are completely wrong, it is a 2x4 and is just very old and meant to be used on farms and all my tires had different psi

Jovany Barrios no I do not but Honda is the way to go all day, I just got a Honda trx 450r
I had a 450r honda thier slow and junky that bayou 300 not as fast or even close to a 450 but it will out work that 450r go more places in mud and snow and require alot less maintenance so there for bayou wins

I have a 1996 arctic cat z 440 fc and my dad took it out to our trailer, drove it around a bit and it died just the way this one did. But instead of it being a minor problem the piston now has a chunk missing.
Plexa Gamer luckily for me it started right back up the next day and ran for the whole season, these sleds can have anything happen to them

@@tommysuth1018 I thought u would have to connect the accessory prong up to do that too...I ended up doing it but whenever I disconnected the jumper thing it just cut the motor
