Hey, this was spot on and very recognizable. What I do wonder is to what extent things are destined to happen and thus beyond control? Or would you say that it is possible to completely master your reality and that there is no such thing as destiny? Or is it somewhere in between. It's just that having really intense energetic experiences, which can come on quite unexpected and turn life upside down has left me with that passenger feeling, making it hard to shape or engage with life again.

HI Amara thanks for your manifesting video and your blow-by-blow account of what it looks like in daily life. It was thorough and clear. You touched on something interesting when you mentioned that you must need a clear and tangible reason to actually try and manifest in the first place. I think this is a good topic that could be greatly expanded on, as I have a few question marks myself. The new age world is full of ‘manifesting miracles’ and the idea that the Universe is some kind of vending machine or Santa’s Wish List where you can put in an order for any old thing you want, such as a better body, getting rich, etc. I"m glad that you qualified the guardrails, so to speak. I think another podcast on what qualifies a valid/invalid manifestation, and what, if any results, would you get, and how it may affect you - would be helpful. For example, trying to manifest a better body, whilst doing nothing positive for your health in external reality, is obviously not a great idea. That’s straigh forward But the issue is, life, is full of tricky, more nuanced situations that cross over. Some examples you could run through: What about trying to manifest a house, not because you are lazy/not hard working - but because housing is now extraordinarily expensive and you will literally never be able to buy a house even if you worked 2 full time jobs? (I know, since Covid, apparently around the world many people are in this boat since house prices have skyrocketed 100% since Covid). What about trying to manifest an income stream to pay your bills, because full time work negatively affects your health and part time is all you are capable of? How bout other people and beings? What about manifesting that a sick relative recover, as your hands are tied in how they recover and what they do? How about anyone, ever, who has started a business that failed? Yet they tried everything and didn’ t give up and put in the work. I suppose you could surmise that they had a lot of fear propelling them and thus sent out mixed messages……hence the failure…. Just an idea , and thanks for your work! Angela.

Oh yes, the default mode. The trick for me is to catch the switch before I go into it, to stay present. Glad to hear you are ok. I learned an energy shield technique called Permission Rose in Jeffrey Allen’s course and now I just visualise that it’s constantly protecting me, no need to prepare. Tonglen meditation is also good for cleansing.
